    Upward type horizontal sub-level cemented filling mining method has been adopted in 14-5# ore body of Laochang tin ore, but a series of problems exposed. Through adoption of layering open stope afterwards cemented rockfill mining method, slope structural parameters were optimized, problems were solved and good economic effects was obtained.

    Aiming at situation of large tailings discharge quantity, short of storage capacity, land expropriation is difficult if build new tailing pond in China, technical scheme of open pit change to underground mine and using Mined-out open pit  to discharge tailings was proposed. In the practical situation of Chengde Heishan iron ore, preliminary discussion was done on scheme of 1#excavating plant of Heishan iron ore reconstructed into tailing pond.

    Macrostructure parameter pillarless sublevel caving has been adopted in mining of Beiminghe iron ore, while problem of bad blast effects always exist in production, main present as high boulder yield, high accident rate of pushing-wall and hanging arch, and low recovery rate of single-row ore. After the study, little furnace hole angle, dense blasthole, narrow ore drawing port are the main reason to the above problems. Double rock drilling center experiment plan with 57°furnace hole angle was proposed and industrial experimental was done, better effects was obtained on blast effects improving and enhance ore recovery rate.

    For Guizhou Hezhang Oolitic Hematite,made experimental study on fineness of grinding mineral products, Collectors choice and dosage, Inhibitor content. The results show that when fineness of grinding minerals is -0.074 mm of 85%, roughing combined collector GE-609 and RAP-138 is 200 g/t respectively, doseage of starch is 1 400 g/t, adopt one time reverse-floating roughing processes, and obtain Iron ore concentrate which iron grade is 57.82%, recovery rate is 73.69% ,Phosphorus is 0.22%.

    For a low grade limonite iron(30.16%), Experimental study adopted Granulation—Gas based Magnetic Roasting—Magnetic separation Technology. Magnetization roasting conditions: ball grain for 5~2 mm, mixed gas CO, and CO2, and N2 volume than for 1∶2∶2, magnetization roasting material layer thickness for 200 mm, roasting temperature for 725 ℃, insulation time for 10 min. Magnetic Sorting criteria: grinding fineness to -0.074 mm for 85%, weak magnetic field strength for 100 kA/m.Iron grade 59.78% and recovery 86.19% concentrate can be received.

    Tailings dam is a structure which pile up metal and nonmetal and other mine beneficiation waste, the quality and dam height has increased rapidly with country's great demanding for mineral resources. Tailing dam situation and two situations of final accumulation elevation height were checked, seepage and static force stability calculation were done at relevant most disadvantageous section position of two conditions. Meanwhile, using two-dimensional finite element  to calculate seepage line of sloping surface, dam situation and stable safe factor of after elevation and expansion were analyzed by adopted limit equilibrium method . Calculation results indicated, stable safe factors of dam final accumulation elevation height section were all meet the standard requirement under different calculation condition, which proved the safe and reliable of elevation and expansion scheme of fill dam.

    Numerical simulation was done on deep laneway surrounding rock deformation of Dongrong No.2 mine by using FLAC3D with theory directive function at a certain degree, it could be observed from analysis result that spray anchor note support could control surrounding rock deformation effectively, improve laneway surrounding rock stress distribution, reduce displacement amount of laneway, enhance strength of surrounding rock and self-bearing ability, support structure long-time stable could solve deep crush roadway surrounding rock deformation controlling problem well.
