    The production theory and practice proved that the focus of safety in production is must be established based on governance and checking of accidents and accidents prevention system,so,the accidents can be prevented and reduced effectively so as to ensure safety in production in essence.The connotation of the governance and checking mechanism of hidden dangers is analyzed,combining with the mine safety situations,characteristics and operation situations of the governance and checking of hidden dangers,the long-term operation measures of the governance and checking mechanism of hidden dangers are proposed from the four perspective of enterprises,miners,supervision departments and social public opinions.The above research results can provide guidance for the governance and checking of hidden dangers in mines.

    As the easy mining and shallow resources being consumed gradually, mining of complicated environmental orebody is getting attention gradually. Ascending and safety mining technology of complicated environmental orebody is proposed in Zhaoanzhuang iron mine. By comparing of the mining methods, the upward horizontal layered panel type rubber tailings filling mining method is selected to deal with the Zhaoanzhuang iron mine. The application results show that, the mine production is increased sharply after adopting the mining method and good technical and economical effects are achieved.

    Aiming at the reasonable length of empty zenith distance of continuous miner in 3103 Chahasu coal mine, the measuring instruments observed datas are analyzed, so, the final determination of reasonable empty zenith distance of drivage roadway is 7.3 m. The research results overcome the blindness of selection of empty zenith distance so as to conduct quantitative analysis on the selection of empty zenith distance and ensure that the speed and security of roadway drivage. Besides that, the above research results can provide some reference for the efficient production of coal mine.

    In order to provide scientific and accurate parameters of physical and mechanical properties of rocks and the damage range of roadway surrounding rock to the supporting design of uphill roadway in Mining District 12 of the No.10 Hebi Coal Mine, experiments on the physical and mechanical properties of rocks is conducted based on the filed sampling of surrounding rocks.Besides that, the surrounding rocks loose circle is tested on the spot at the same time, the test results are analyzed so as to obtain destruction scopes of rocks loose circle is obtained. The research results in this paper can provide quantitative foundation for selecting the reasonable support forms.

    The minimum safety thickness of mined-out roof in Donggou molybdenum mine is calculated by adopting the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation method, so, the minimum safety thicknesses of safety of mined-out roof of different spans are obtained. The calculation results can provide theoretical foundation for mined-out comprehensive treatment and open-pit safety mining.

    Taking the 3111 comprehensive mechanized working face in Xiadian coal mine as an research object,the movement law of stope overburden and the basic parameters of stope pressure under the condition of hard roof are obtained by simulating on mine pressure regularity of mining face.When the not cut caving of working face advance to 50 m,the destruction scope of whole rocks is small,so,the whole roof is not caving.When the cut caving of working face advance to 30 m,the regional destruction of the intersect of fine sandstone strata and working face throughout the whole of the fine sand layers.The first pressure step distance is about 30 m.The above research results provide the basis for strengthening the management of roof during the working face mining.

    The mining height of 11050 working face in No.2 Coal Mine of Zhaogu is 6 m , and strata behaviors are obvious in the process of face mining,According to the situation, the law of overlying strata movement of large mining height face with thin bedrock is numerical simulated. The simulation results shows that, the first weighting step of immediate roof and main roof is 17 m and 35 m respectively, and periodic weighting step distance of main roof is from 11 m to 16 m. When mining distance is 60 m,thedisplacement angle of strata is nearly 62° at open-off cut. The above research results can provide some reference for ensuring the safe and efficient production of 11050 working face and the study on the law of overlying strata movement with similar condition as well.

    Blasting flying rock is a major disaster in mine blasting, the dimensional analysis method is used to obtain the parameters that influencing initial velocity of the stone.According to the statistical data of mining blasting, the flying stone velocity prediction formula is obtained by linear regression analyzing the parameters.Besides that,the flying rock's regular pattern and the maximum flight distance under certain circumstances are obtained based on the principle of physical mechanics. Combing with the example of medium-length hole basting in HML open-pit mine, the prediction formula of the blasting flying stone safety distance of medium-length hole is deduced.

    There are large amount of fluorite in oxidized ore tailings, Baiyun Obo, with complex ore properties, fine disseminated, and difficult to have a good separation. Using new depressor, through rare earth flotation, bulk flotation (one roughing, two cleanings), regrinding for mixed bubbles, fluorite rough flotation(one roughing, six cleanings), impurity removing by high intensity magnetic separation process, fluorite concentrate assaying CaF2 95.62%, 0.69% SiO2, 0.34% CaCO3, and fluorite recovery of 59.46% is obtained.

    In order to improve the quality of a rough concentrate, with iron grade of 54.49%, obtained by dealing with a lean hematite through gravity separation, upgrading experiments of the rough concentrate by magnetic separation, gravity separation, flotation process is conducted, and stage grinding, low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation, reverse flotation process is selected. Mixed concentrate with iron grade of 64.16%, yield of 75.04%, iron recovery of 88.35% is obtained through the optimum process, and provides a reliable technical basis for the resources utilization of the tailings.

    Beneficiation experiment is carried out on a high-sulphur magnetite ore, Auhui province. Making full use of the differential of ore properties, on the basis of the conditioned experiments, stage grinding, low intensity magnetic separation, flotation process is selected. Iron concentrate assaying 66.07% iron and 0.10% impurity sulphur, 73.68% iron recovery is achieved as well as sulphur concentrate with sulphur grade of 37.67%, recovery of 42.68%. By screening + low intensity magnetic separation process, iron ore with good liberation can effectively separated in advance, the amount for grinding can decreased by 65.28 percentage points, effectively saving costing.

    The dyke distribution characteristics and metallogenics features of the research area are obtained and the mineralization characteristics and metallogenic regularities of the granite pegmatite type rare metals,uranium,non-metallic minerals of the research area are discussed based on conducting the large scale investation on the granite pegmatite dyke within the scope of 410 km2 in the southwest of Lushi county in Henan province.The research results show that,the ash pound biotite granite rock mass formed in the late caledonian magmatic activity is the parent rock of granite pegmatite dyke groups in the research area,the rare metals,uranium,non-metallic minerals are formed by the granite pegmatite dyke groups under the conditions of magmatic crystallization differentiation and metasomatism.

    The 1∶10 000 soil geochemical survey is conducted in the north region of Dawujian in Ningguo city,Anhui province,the measurement datas are analyzed to do research on the geochemical anomalous characteristics of different elements in the research region.The primary and secondary ore-forming elemenets are distinguished by using the mapping sofware.According to the geochemical characteristics of the different elements,the factor analysis method is adopted to identify the element anomaly combinations, the superposition phenomenons of the element anomaly combinations of different elements appear in space.Combined with the geological characteristics of regional strata,magmatic,rocks and structures,the mineral prospecting areas are divided in accordance with the superposition phenomenous of different elements appeared in space.Besices that,the mineral prospecting areas are interpreted and analyzed,so the six anomaly area in the research area are obtained.The research results in this paper indicated,the ore prospects of the research area is good.

    In order to improve the accuracy of outburst prediction, according to the actual situations of no.2 coal seam of xiaotun coal mine,the mathematical analysis method is adopted to determine the prediction and forecast sensitive indicators and the critical value of coal and gas outburst in tunnelling face by laboratory investigation and sensitive indicators of the track.The research results show that,the prediction effects are improved,the range of outburst prevention technique measures are reduced and the cost of outburst prevention is reduced as well.

    According to the specific situations of the roadway surrounding rock broken of 2319 fully mechanized caving face of Chengzhuang coal mine of Jincheng coal mining group,the broken reasons and scopes are analyzed,the 2ZBQ type pneumatic grouting pump is adopted to conduct grouting reinforcement on the two sides of 23191 roadway.In order to ensure the effects of grouting reinforcement,the hierarchical partitioning grouting technique is adopted to conduct grouting reinforcement that combining with shallow hole low pressure and deep hole high pressure on the shallow and deep of the same borehole,so the process and technology of grouting reinforcement that is appropriate for Chengzhuang coal mine are formed.The observation analysis results of the looking-glasses of borehole and seriflux distribution situations in wall caving coal briquette after grouting show that,the technique proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of grouting reinforcement of the broken surrounding rocks and the good effects are obtained.

    The fixed section calculating method is proposed by analyzing the problems of slope calculation online measurement method of dry beach length.The method suppose the beach upraise in a fixed section,the initial dry beach face curve is fitted out by manually measured method and the coordinate system of pound length to dam height is set up.Combing with the equations of the dam external slope and water line,the software implementation process is proposed.The application results show that,the online measuring method of dry beach is optimized du to the advantages of high-accuracy and low coast of the method.

    According to the seepage control requirements of curtain grouting engineering, the seepage control materials of bentonite-fly ash-cement is researched. The optimal formula of the seepage control materials is obtained by conducting the orthogonal test. The test results show that,groutability and stability of the seepage control materials are good, the pumpable time from 32 minutes to 55 minutes, the permeability coefficient of induration in 28 days is less than 2.0×10-7cm/s, the unconfined comprehensive strength is from 1.6 MPa to 1.9 MPa. The above research results can meet the requirement of water seepage control of curtain grouting completely and provide a scientific and reasonable ratio of seepage control materials of curtain grouting.
