Abstract: The fixed section calculating method is proposed by analyzing the problems of slope calculation online measurement method of dry beach length.The method suppose the beach upraise in a fixed section,the initial dry beach face curve is fitted out by manually measured method and the coordinate system of pound length to dam height is set up.Combing with the equations of the dam external slope and water line,the software implementation process is proposed.The application results show that,the online measuring method of dry beach is optimized du to the advantages of high-accuracy and low coast of the method.
