金属膜滤袋收尘系统在钼焙烧行业的应用

摘要: 钼焙烧回转窑尾气的高温(400~700 ℃)、高尘(20~50 g/Nm³)、高硫(SO₂浓度>2 000 mg/Nm³) 特性导致传统有机纤维滤袋频繁失效,严重制约行业的可持续发展。金属膜滤袋由于孔径均匀、过 滤精度高、无脱落、耐有机溶剂、耐腐蚀、耐高温等优异特性,成为钼焙烧回转窑尾气治理的新兴解决 方案。工业案例表明,在钼焙烧过程中采用304不锈钢金属膜滤袋比纤维滤袋的焙烧工艺更加稳定, 并且能够缩短氧化钼焙烧的工艺流程,降低综合运维成本,为冶金行业高温烟气治理提供了创新解 决方案。

Abstract: The high-temperature(400-700 ℃),high-dust(20-50 g/Nm³),and high-sulfur(SO₂ concentration exceeding 2 000 mg/Nm³)characteristics of off-gas from molybdenum roasting rotary kilns lead to frequent failures of traditional organic fiber filter bags,significantly hindering the sustainable de⁃ velopment of the industry. Metallic membrane filter bags,with their uniform pore size,high filtration pre⁃ cision,non-shedding properties,resistance to organic solvents,corrosion,and high temperatures,have emerged as a novel solution for off-gas treatment in molybdenum roasting rotary kilns. Industrial cases demonstrate that the application of 304 stainless steel metallic membrane filter bags in molybdenum roast⁃ ing processes enhances operational stability compared to fiber-based alternatives,shortens the molybde⁃ num oxide roasting workflow,and reduces comprehensive operational and maintenance costs,which pro⁃ vides a groundbreaking solution for high-temperature flue gas treatment in the metallurgical industry.
