Abstract: Now standardized management and control mechanism is lacked in the management and control process of most production managers, it is difficult to construct a quantitative management system, which makes it difficult to accurately measure and effectively control management activities. Based on the in⁃ formation platform, an intelligent safety performance management system is constructed. After the safety per⁃ formance data of the personnel are put into the safety management system, the safety performance technical standard classification, data statistics and analysis can be completed, and a visual and diversified perfor⁃ mance board and performance report are generated. At the same time, the closed-loop management of auto⁃ matic reward and punishment is realized by confirming and submitting the safety performance report. The im⁃ plementation of this system can effectively save management costs, improve the safety responsibility of per⁃ sonnel, and provide basis for the smooth development and construction of safety work.
