    Taking the ore drawing of non-pillar sublevel caving method as the research object, the ore drawing mode of low dilution ore drawing and cut-off grade ore drawing are simulated by adopting PFC2D, the ore recovery rate and waste rock mixing rate are regarded as the comparitive indices so as to analyze the simulation results. According to the analysis results, the low dilution ore drawing is capable of improving the ore recovery effect, so it is more resonable than the cut-off grade ore drawing.

    The FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to analyze the strata movement rule under different mining height so as to provide some theoritical foundations for the mining safety of the Shendong mining area and it's ground protection. The research results show that,the overlying strata subsidence tends to increase along with the increase of the mining height and it tends to decrease along with the increase of the distance from the overlying strata to the coal seam under the same mining conditions.According to the simulation results, the movement of overlying strata that close to the coal seams increases sharply and the cut down type sinking of overlying strata occurs, it maybe caused by the breaking of key layers.The type of slowly sink occurs in the overlying strata that far form the coal seam, it is because that the overlying strata plays a supporting role.

    High gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests and high gradient magnetic separation-acid leaching tests were carried out on a low grade rhodochrosite ore. The results showed that through high gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests cannot get ideal index. Manganese leaching rate of 92.2% could achieved by acid leaching experiments with leaching temperature of 80 ℃, four hours length of time for leaching, S/L ratio of 5 through dealing with concentrate of magnetic separation.

    Beneficiation tests on Zhongshan iron ore was carried out by the process of high pressure roller mill-wet magnetic separation for coarse ores-stage grinding and stage low intensity magnetic separation. The results showed that, tailings with yield rate of 50.05% and iron grade of 8.33% will discarded after wet magnetic separation for high pressure roller mill products, iron grade of feed for grinding increased from 23.67% to 39.18%, providing technical support for reduce the production cost. Iron concentrate with iron grade of 65.13%, iron recovery of 61.48% and magnetic iron recovery of 98.65% could achieved by stage grinding-stage low magnetic separation for iron concentrate of pre-concentration.

    The research status and development tendency of beneficiation technology, key equipments and flotation reagents for China's fine and micro-fine disseminated refractory hematite ore was summarized. Research status, problems and also solutions for dealing with hematite was introduced through examples of hematite in Anshan region, Yuanjiacun iron ore of TISCO, Qidong iron ore of Hunan province, estuary type iron ore of Hunan province, Ningxiang type oolitic hematite. Hematite deposits in our country have characteristics of finely disseminated and closely associated with gangue minerals of similar physical and chemical properties. The key to reduce beneficiation costs of micro-fine disseminated hematite is to develop high efficient and low energy consumption of ultrafine grinding mills, vertical vibratory mills, horizontal vibratory mills, etc. Research and develop of high intensity magnetic separator, which can efficiently and economically separate hematite with grain size of -0.038 mm, to replace flocculation-desliming flotation beneficiation process can save costs and reduce environmental pollution from reagents. Compared with conventional flotation machines, flotation column have advantages of large quantity, small footprint, low energy consumption, density foam etc. development of flotation and its optimal utilization in hematite beneficiation process is an effective way to improve the recovery and utilization rate of resources. Research and develop hematite flotation collectors with low-temperature resistance, high selectivity, low dosage in separation was significantly important for energy conservation and cleaner production of mine.

    The research status and development for ilmenite flotation in recent years was introduced from aspect of flotation process and reagent. Single flotation process for dealing with ilmenite was scarcely. Flotation process was mainly integrated with gravity separation, electrostatic separation, magnetic separation, etc. meanwhile self-carrier flotation, flocculation flotation, microwave treatment flotation etc. have been developed in recent years. Common collectors of ilmenite flotation include fatty acid collectors, phosphonic acid collectors, benzyl arsonic acid collectors, hydroxamic acid and salicylic hydroximic acid etc. new collector agents combined with advantages of high selectivity and well classification performance have been widely used in recent years.

    In view of the non-renewable mineral resources dwindling and according to the geological condition and the symbiotic characteristics of ore resources of Guangxi Limu mining area,the artifical deposits that come from the rare metal elements such as Nb,Ta in the process of mining are discussed in detail.The type,characteristics,and distribution of the artifical deposits are analysised,sedimentary areas of the rare metal elements such as Nb,Ta of the fourth tailings library are analysised and the distribution rule of the each rare metal elements are introduced,besides that,the econimic value of the artifical deposits is evaluated initially.According to the research results,the potential of the rare metal deposits of the tailings library is great.

    The FTA-AHP method is used to analyze the mine blasting fly-rock injury accidents, the blasting fly-rock injury accident tree is built, according to the FTA method,the hierarchical model is constructed, the judgment matrix is obtained by introducting the ratio of structure importance of basic events in FTA method, so, the order of each basic events is caculated.Compared with the FTA method, the FTA-AHP method is capable of distinguishing the influence degree of each basic event to the top event so as to prevent and control the occurrence of the accidents more effectively.

    The types and amount of admixtures for preparing filling materials were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal test in process of preparing cemented materials by unclassified flotation tailings of sulfide for underground filling. The optimal preparing conditions were obtained as the ratio of cement to tailings ratio 0.25, water to cement 0.4, cement, gypsum and lime ratio of 6∶3∶1, dosage of MNC-A1 2.5%, sodium silicate 140g/t, and filling material concentration 70%. Under these conditions, the compressive strength of filling materials reached 1.668 MPa in three days, which meet the compressive strength (>1MPa) of filling material used underground filling.

    According to the mine production situation and the basic parameters of the filling materials,the concentration and strength of filling materials are determined, furthermore, the tailings backfill ratio is researched. The research results show that,the filling ratio of 1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗10 can meet the demand of the mine production and the quality of filling and the production efficiency can be improved by adding 501 additive.

    The rheological properties of two series of paste slurry are researched by L-type pipeline. According to the research results, the rheological properities of paste can be analyzed qualitatively by L-type pipeline, however, some research results are not consistent to the universal point of view. The perfect backfill blending ratio is proposed in line with the maximum stowing gradient that is allowed to gravity transport and the layout of the backfill pipeline in mine.

    The curtain grouting method has been gradually becoming an important means for controlling mine groundwater flood in karst regions and reducing mine drainage and mining costs and protecting the underground personel security and regional water environment. Mine curtain grouting is a kind of typical hidden engineering,that is to say, the construction quality of it can not be evaluated directily. It will take us a lot of time to wait for the evaluation results by conducting the experiment of mine pit drainage, Besides that, it is very difficult to make up for engineering quality afer the formation of underground workings system, so, the inspection hole become the perfect means of evaluating the engineering quality.Taking the Nanlizhuang iron curtain grouting engineering as the research object, the superimposed effect method of grouting volume and permeability rate, frequency curve, discrete coefficient, grouting volume curve and grouting stone distribution statistics are applied to provide some important baisis for the design of inspection hole. The good perfect effect is obtained in line with the research results.

    The Fluent numerical software and the standard double equation model are adopted to do some research on the gas distribution rule of sublevel caving goaf under the ventilation method of U+L and U+I.According to the numerical simulation results,along with the trends,tendencies and vertical direction,the gas distribution rule of sublevel caving goaf under the ventilation method of U+I is consistent to the ventilation method of U+L.Compared with the ventilation method of U+L,the ventilation mehtod of U+I is capable of decreasing the gas conentration of the working face and the upper corner,so,perfect gas controlling effects can be obtained.

    The orthogonal experimental method is applied to conduct the multi-factor,multi-level and multi-objective experiments based on the preferred dust suppressive factors.The orthogonal experimental results is researched by adopting the intuitive and variance methods,besides that,the influence of dosage of each component of composite dust suppressant on each index is obtained.The optimal formula of each index show that,pH value is 8.38,viscosity value is 144.6 mPas,moisture content of the dust samples is 25.68% after evaporating for 8 hours and the proportion of oversize product is 71.44%.In the end,the optimal formula of A2B3C2D1 is acquired by using the comprehensive balance method.

According to the properties of drainage and characteristics of water yield, comprehensive recovery of valuable metallic elements and drainage recycling or discharging within the standard have been obtained through membrane separation technology, extraction technology, sulfuration sedimentation, neutralization system. Current status for drainage discharge control from the origin was stated.     The research status of organic depressor for sulfide ore flotation was summarized in this paper. The organic depressor for sulfide ore flotation includes macromolecular depressor and micromolecule depressor, the nature of which was closely related to its structure separately. Research on molecule design of organic depressor molecular for sulfide ore through the structure performance criterion and computer-aided molecular design (CAMD) technology can not only purposely and fast design reagents, but also save development cost. Preliminarily relationship estimate on structure-property-environment using CAMD technology can reduce chemical reagents contamination from the origin as far as possible, realize green synthesis for depressor.
