    Discharge and piling amount of mine solid waste are great in China, not only have occupied a large number of land resources and polluted environment seriously, but also led to resources waste for tailings, waste rock and coal gangue and so on content a large number of available metal and nonmetal mineral resources. If that could be recovered and reused, it would increase economic benefits and improve mining environment effectively, reduce secondary pollution, and the ecological environment benefit would be remarkable. Resources survey and the harm of mine solid waste in China were summarized, resources utilization and harmless treatment and final disposal status of mine solid waste were summarized, problems existed in resources utilization of solid waste were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.

    The processing technology of blasting vibration signals has been an important subject in current blasting vibration study field. Based on the monitoring of blasting vibration of an open pit mine, blasting vibration signals were analyzed by using Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT). Signals were decomposed into several IMF components which contain different components through EMD, Hilbert transform was done on each component, then drew the graphics of signal spectra, instantaneous energy, contour energy and so on in order to get the characteristics of time-frequency and energy distribution of the vibration signals.

    The efficient utilization of a refractory gold ore was investigated. The results indicated that gold concentrate containing gold 54.20 g/t at recovery of 73.23% and tailing containing gold 1.43 g/t could be obtained by flotation. Cyanide leaching process was used to treated the gold concentrate and tailing. Pregnant solution with recovery of 53.49% and leaching slag of gold concentrate at recovery of 36.21% were produced. The total recovery of gold could reach 89.70%. The process of flotation and cyanide leaching provides scheme for developing and utilizing of this refractory gold ore.

    A lowgrade copper-nickel ore from Guangxi contains Cu 0.11%and Ni 0.18%, which mainly exist in the form of pentlandite and chalcopyrite respectively. Under the detail conditions testes, got the better dressing indexes by the untied flowsheet of flotation-magnetic separation. The yield of copper-nickel concentrate achieved 1.83%, the grade of Cu, Ni, Co, Ag each was 4.81%, 7.34%, 0.31%, 230.60 g/t; the recovery of Cu, Ni, Co, Ag each was 88.69%, 80.12%, 55.76%, 78.75%.

    Through the site monitoring of 506 stope mining pressure in 124 0 m middle-section of Shuiyindong Gold Mine, graph of 506 stope pressure with working time and working face advance was drawn and analyzed, compared and studied, mine pressure change law of 506 stope was revealed, 6 m was the most length of working face advance confirmed. Numerical simulation and stope support economic comparing were done on 506 stope combined with geological data using FLAC software, making sure that the 6m was the safe spacing in production as well as reducing cost greatly.
