    Adopt level filling method could improve mining rate greatly and reduce the dilution rate; filling by tailings from concentrator has realized resources recycling and reduced tailings reservoir pressure and protected mining area environment; dangerous of surface subsidence has eliminated and occurrence of geological hazard has reduced after cemented filling adopted at goaf. The extend and use of this mining method could get good economic and social benefits for Wuzhuang iron mine and worth learning by similar mine.

    After deep hole blasting by VCR afterwards filling mining method at Tonglushan mine,damage to ore rock of neighboring stope was big,problems appeared like ore rock caving at some ore section,ore loss rate was high and stope safety was poor. Considering of assure of safe operation at stope,control stability of ground pressure and improve the recovery rate of ore,upward level approach filling method adopted in I orebody was proposed. The result indicated,this method could protect open pit Nankeng sump well,stoping orebody safely and efficiently.

    Problems existed in ventilation system of Hemushan iron mine currently were analyzed according to the measured results of underground ventilation parameters,total air volume and total ventilation resistance of mine were calculated,optimizated plan of ventilation system was initially defined and 3-d ventilation network simulation calculation were done. Operation of fan and inverter of air station at -150 m were stable after the plan implemented,expected ventilation effect has reached.

    For too high transport pressure could influence the security during upward sector medium-length hole blasting by adopt site mixed-loading emulsion explosive in underground mine,according to the characteristics of emulsion explosive,method of sensitizer solution coated outer of emulsion matrix to form a layer of lubricating film with low viscosity between emulsion explosive and loading hose was proposed to reduce transport pressure,then theoretical calculation was done on the resistance reduction capability,corresponding resistance reduction formula was obtained,and feasibility was simulated verified through Fluent.

    A Pb-Zn sulfide ore from Xinjiang contains 1.06% Pb and 4.18% Zn,and has recovery utilization value. Aimed at recovering Pb and Zn minerals,the research on beneficiation was carried out in detail. The results show that,Pb-Zn preferential flotation Process could obtain Pb concentrate with Pb grade of 54.30% and Pb recovery of 80.94%,Zn grade of 5.56% and Zn occupation of 2.10%,and Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 50.33% and Zn recovery of 83.44%,Pb grade of 0.63% and Pb occupation of 4.05%. This process not only achieved the effective separation between Pb and Zn minerals,but also obtained better experimental index.

    From the influence of mining blasting at mining area,platform below stope heading side slope 370m could not meet desigh request along end slope,nearly ten million tons of high grade iron ore were covered,which caused heavy economic losses to mine.Through analysis and summary of long-term monitoring data of landslide area of Nanfen open pit iron ore,landslide prediction method which according to surface displacement,rainfall and time curve was proposed and proved in the practice,provided safety guarantee for inferior ore mining.

    Key problems of open-pit mine dump project design by using Surpac software were studied combined with actual demand of mine production extension. Took advantage of 3-d visualization,3 valleys were confirmed as dump location,and by means of volume calculation function in software,to reach the design volume as the general request,three dump projects design completed,through comprehensive comparison on aspects of economy,environment,mangement and so on,the best design project has confirmed finally.

    In order to fully utilize the resouces,recover the iron and mica from the tailings in zhouyoufang iron mine. The iron concentrate with 50.60% grade and 25.86% recovery was achieved by separating the fine minerals after classication for iron. The mica concentrate with 96.19% purity and 37.15% recovery was achieved by floatating coarse minerals after classication for mica. In the mica concentrate the content of muscovite is 73.86%,and biotite is 22.33%.
