Typical Fault Analysis and Countermeasure Research of HPT500 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher in an Enterprise

In order to prevent and quickly deal with the typical equipment failure of the fine crushing equipment HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher in the actual production,reduce the impact of equipment failure and reduce the economic loss of production,in view of the typical faults of the equipment, such as low oil return of the lubrication system,looseness of the broken wall and eccentric sleeve burning sleeve,the structure and operation principle of the equipment are analyzed and studied,and effective preven⁃ tive measures and fault solutions are formulated.It can provide experience for other mining enterprises,effec⁃ tively prevent equipment failure,improve equipment operation rate and economic benefits of enterprises.
