In order to study the separation performance of RGC permanent magnet roller magnetic sep⁃ arator in the separation process,the finite element method was used to study the magnetic field distribution characteristics by COMSOL software with the magnetic roller structure parameter magnet ratio as the re⁃ search variable.The results show that when the magnet ratio is 2.2,the magnetic field strength and the depth of the magnetic field are more conducive to sorting.Through the single factor experiment,the influence of the magnetic roller speed of the RGC permanent magnet roller magnetic separator on the separation effect in the industrial production of non-metallic minerals was studied,and the relationship between the grade and the speed of the magnetic roller was revealed. When the speed of the first roller and the second roller is 0.61 m/s and 0.54 m/s respectively,the iron content of the concentrate is the lowest.The practical industrial applica⁃ tion shows that the magnetic field parameters and structure configuration have certain application value.
