Abstract:

In view of the current crusher maintenance mode，which is mainly based on post-mainte⁃

nance and insufficient pre-maintenance，resulting in high equipment failure rate，shortened life and high

maintenance cost，it is urgent to formulate a scientific maintenance plan.RCM (Reliability Centered Mainte⁃

nance) can effectively improve the reliability of equipment by identifying key equipment，analyzing equip⁃

ment failure and impact，applying logic to determine maintenance strategy and forming maintenance plan.

Through the implementation of the scheme，the failure rate and failure time of the crusher are reduced by

40.39% and 45.63% respectively compared with the same period，and the spare parts cost of the crusher is

saved by 321.5 thousand yuan compared with the same period.At the same time，it effectively improves the

continuity of production and reduces the input.
