Abstract: In order to better practice the concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development，the research of environmental-friendly cleaning agent replacing traditional nitric acid as cleaning agent for ceramic filter plate was carried out in Zhangzhuang concentrator of Masteel Mining Industry. The results showed that the water content of the filter cake of the ceramic filter can be controlled within 8.0% and the quality of the discharged water can meet the environmental protection requirements through cleaning with two new environmental-friendly cleaning agent. In the future，performance optimization research of the reagents should be carried out cooperating with the manufacturers，and strive to make new breakthroughs in cleaning agents dosage，cleaning effect，and adaptability to water quality，so as to achieve more outstanding cost-performance ratio.
