Abstract: In the process of ore mining in underground metal and non-metal mines,it is easy to mix up with sharp iron objects. In order to solve the problems such as blocking funnel with large ores and tearing and cutting tape machine with sharp iron objects in mobile ore distribution trolley,a new multi-point ore distribution method has been reformed. By cancelling the mobile ore distribution trolley,transforming the material point funnel under the feeding belt head,and adopting mobile belt machine for transporting materials to different silos at multiple points in the receiving point,the on-site production environment such as dust and noise reduction were realized. Meanwhile,the working intensity of maintenance personnel reduced,and fundamentally solved the frequent accidents of material blocking and belt tearing,which guarantees the safe and stable production of the belt conveyor.
