Abstract: The impact airflow generated by the unloading of the ore unloading station is the main cause of dust generation, which seriously pollutes the working environment of the unloading station and the joint roadway. By establishing the mathematical model of gas-solid two-phase flow in the unloading station, Fluent software was used to simulate the process and influencing factors of the impact airflow. The research shows that the size of the impact airflow has a direct impact on the dust migration in the unloading station. The maximum value of impact airflow is proportional to the amount of ore unloading and ore particle size. The simulation results are consistent with the measured results, which provides a basis for the treatment of impact airflow and dust in the unloading station.
