Abstract: The main factors affecting the efficiency and accuracy of mine measurement in mine pro⁃ duction are the management of personnel，the use of equipment and its own performance，data processing and processing，etc. Through a large number of measured data and on-site experience analysis，the causes of the problems are obtained and the corresponding countermeasures are formulated. In personnel manage⁃ ment，the job responsibilities of specific positions should be clarified，and the operation rules，rewards and punishments should be formulated，and the quality of personnel should be improved to achieve the allstaff management mode. In the selection of surveying equipment，relevant research and analysis should be carried out before purchase，and the professional development should be forward-looking. As far as possi⁃ ble，the new technology of professional frontier should be used to ensure that the performance of the equip⁃ ment can be best in the subsequent use，so that the personnel management can be refined，and the mea⁃ surement accuracy can be optimized，and a set of reliable geo-survey data can be provided for the safe pro⁃ duction of mines.
