Abstract: Zoulou iron ore deposit is divided into Zoulou deposit, Chenlou deposit and North Chenlou⁃ bei deposit from south to north. The three deposits are planned to be mined by point pillar upward slicing and filling method. In order to study the influence of the mining method on the surface structures, the under⁃ ground mining model of the mine is simplified, the three-dimensional numerical calculation is carried out, the ore body mining filling process is simulated with FLAC3D software, the reasonable mining method simu⁃ lation scheme is established, and the mining unloading is carried out. Because the same mining method will have different effects on the surface when mining the three deposits, the surrounding rock displacement of each stope of the three deposits needs to be analyzed in detail. The results show that the maximum displace⁃ ment of the stope roof of North Chenlou deposit is 97 cm, and the influence on the surface decreases with the increase of the depth. The maximum displacement of the roof of the Chenlou deposit is 13 cm, and the mining of the two shallow ore bodies has a great impact on the surface subsidence. The maximum displace⁃ ment of the roof of Zoulou deposit is 39 cm, and the central thick and large ore body has a wide range of in⁃ fluence, which is the main influencing factor of roof displacement.
