Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of copper-zinc-lead-silver-sulfur polymetallic ore in Maweishan, the copper preferential flotation process was studied in view of the problems that the size of useful minerals in the ore is uneven and the monomer dissociation is different, which leads to the unfavorable recovery of mineral processing. The test results show that when the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm 75%, the dosage of collector LP-01 is 35 g/t, the dosage of combined inhibitor ZnSO₄+Na₂SO₃ is 600 g/t, and the pulp pH value is 8.0, the copper concentrate with copper grade of 14.69% and copper re⁃ covery of 31.83% is obtained after three times of cleaning. The copper-lead concentrate with copper grade of 8.02% and copper recovery of 40.86% can be obtained in the whole process closed-circuit test, which improves the copper recovery and realizes the comprehensive and efficient recovery of copper.
