某冶金尘泥氨法强化浸出回收锌试验研究

摘要: 为了探索冶金沉泥二次资源综合利用新工艺,针对冶金沉泥中的锌无法有效回收利 用的问题,以福建某冶炼厂含锌8.45%的冶金沉泥为研究对象,采用氨水-氯化铵强化的浸出方法, 分析讨论了浸出剂种类及浓度、搅拌温度、时间、转速对锌浸出回收的影响。试验结果表明:在氨 水与氯化铵浓度比1∶1、总铵根离子浓度6 mol/L、液固比6∶1、温度65 ℃、搅拌时间2.5 h、搅拌速度 500 r/min的最佳条件下,锌浸出率达86.91%,浸出效果较好。

Abstract: In order to explore a new technology for the comprehensive utilization of secondary resourc⁃ es of metallurgical sediment,aiming at the problem that zinc in metallurgical sediment cannot be effective⁃ ly recycled,the metallurgical sediment containing 8.40% zinc in a smelter in Fujian was taken as the re⁃ search object,and the ammonia-ammonium chloride enhanced leaching method was used to analyze and discuss the effects of leaching agent type and concentration,stirring temperature,time and rotational speed on zinc leaching recovery. The results show that under the optimum conditions of ammonia and am⁃ monium chloride concentration ratio 1∶1,total ammonium ion concentration 6 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio 6∶ 1,temperature 65 ℃,stirring time 2.5 h,stirring speed 500 r/min,the leaching rate of zinc reaches 86.91%,and the leaching effect is better.
