摘要: 为探索海南某选厂铁矿物有效回收利用的最佳选矿工艺及可能达到的指标,在工艺 矿物学性质研究的基础上,对全铁品位为39.66% 的铁矿石进行了试验研究。试验通过采用阶段 磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选—浮选脱硫—阴离子反浮选工艺流程,获得了铁精矿品位63.32%、铁回收 率70.38% 的较好指标,实现了对磁-赤褐铁矿的综合回收,为同类矿石的开发利用提供了参考依 据。

Abstract: In order to explore the best beneficiation process and possible indicators for the effective recovery and utilization of iron ore in a processing plant in Hainan,on the basis of the study of process min⁃ eralogical properties,an experimental study of iron ore with a total iron grade of 39.66% was carried out. Through the use of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flo⁃ tation desulfurization-anion reverse flotation process,a good index of iron concentrate grade of 63.32% and iron recovery rate of 70.38% was obtained in the experiment. The comprehensive recovery of limonite pro⁃ vides a reference for the development and utilization of similar ores.
