摘要: 陈台沟铁矿为了实现无尾排放,针对选矿工艺进行了优化试验研究。通过在细碎前 设置干选作业,一段球磨前设置湿式预选作业,一段旋流器沉砂设置预选作业,提前分离出了+0.5 mm粒级砂石进行商业化利用,产生的湿尾矿与胶凝材料混合后用于井下充填。通过以上工艺优 化,实现了采充平衡,保障了生产系统的高效稳定运行。

Abstract: In order to achieve tail-free emission,Chentaigou Iron Mine carried out an optimized ex⁃ perimental study on the beneficiation process. By setting dry separation operation before fine crushing,wet pre-selection operation before one stage ball milling,and pre-selection operation before one stage cyclone sedimentation,+0.5 mm grain size sand was separated in advance for commercial use,and the resulting wet tailings were mixed with cementitious materials for underground filling. Through the above process opti⁃ mization,the mining-filling balance is realized and the efficient and stable operation of the production sys⁃ tem is ensured.
