陕西某低品位钒钛磁铁矿工艺矿物学研究

摘要: 为了推进陕西某低品位钒钛磁铁矿的开发利用,通过矿相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、 X 射线能谱等多种分析手段,对矿样开展了详细的工艺矿物学特征研究。研究结果表明:矿石中 的主要矿物在蚀变程度和有益元素分布方面存在差异,铁精矿理论品位为52.44%,钛精矿理论品 位为47.83%,加强选钛试验研究是提升资源利用价值的重要方向,该研究结果为该钒钛磁铁矿资 源的开发利用提供了基础参考依据。

Abstract: In order to promote the development and utilization of a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore in Shaanxi,the detailed process mineralogy characteristics of the ore samples were studied by means of mineral phase microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum. The re⁃ sults show that the main minerals in the ore are different in the degree of alteration and the distribution of beneficial elements. The theoretical grade of iron concentrate is 52.44%,and the theoretical grade of titani⁃ um concentrate is 47.83%. Strengthening the experimental study of titanium separation is an important di⁃ rection to improve the utilization value of resources. The results provide a basic reference for the develop⁃ ment and utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite resources.
