某高铁硫精矿选铜试验研究

摘要: 为高效回收利用某高铁硫精矿中的铜矿资源,在对某高铁硫精矿硫品位为18.53%、 含铜0.724%的硫精矿进行矿石性质分析的基础上,进行了浮选工艺条件试验。研究结果表明:该 高铁硫精矿在磨矿细度为-0.043 mm85%的条件下,以石灰为抑制剂,C330为捕收剂,经1 粗6 精开 路浮选试验,可获得铜品位为16.90%、铜回收率为47.32%的铜精矿。

Abstract: In order to efficiently recycle the copper resources in a high-speed iron-sulfur concen⁃ trate,the flotation process condition test was carried out based on the analysis of the ore properties of the sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 18.53% and a copper content of 0.724%. The research results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.043 mm accounting for 85%,with lime as inhibitor and C330 as collector,the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 16.90% and a copper recovery rate of 47.32% can be obtained after one roughing and six times of selective open-circuit flotation tests.
