弓长岭细粒磁铁矿分选工艺优化

摘要: 弓长岭选矿厂二选作业区随着矿石性质的变化,二选作业区处理量增加引起了浮选 流量波动大,精矿指标波动等问题。为高效回收细粒级磁铁矿,以高效磁选工艺代替浮选工艺,采 用淘洗机处理细粒级磁铁矿,研究了淘洗机的给矿浓度、磁场强度和水流量对分选指标的影响。 研究结果表明:在给矿TFe 品位51.43%,给矿浓度40%,固定磁场强度94.4 kA/m、循环磁场强度 86.4 kA/m、补偿磁场强度86.4 kA/m,水流量1 150 L/h的最佳条件下,获得了精矿铁品位67.03%、回 收率93.82%,尾矿铁品位11.26%的优异指标。

Abstract: With the change of ore properties,the processing capacity of the secondary separation op⁃ eration area of the Changling concentrator increases,which causes problems such as large fluctuation of flo⁃ tation flow and fluctuation of concentrate index. In order to efficiently recover fine-grained magnetite,the high-efficiency magnetic separation process was used to replace the flotation process,and the elutriation machine was used to treat fine-grained magnetite. The effects of feed concentration,magnetic field strength and water flow of the elutriation machine on the separation index were studied. The results show that under the optimum conditions of TFe grade of 51.43%,feed concentration of 40%,fixed magnetic field strength of 94.4 kA/m,circulating magnetic field strength of 86.4 kA/m,compensated magnetic field strength of 86.4 kA/m and water flow of 1 150 L/h,the iron grade of concentrate is 67.03%,the recovery rate is 93.82%,and the iron grade of tailings is 11.26%.
