Abstract: In order to improve an aggregate factory processing capacities,reduce energy consumptions,speed up the logistics operations,and reduce the labor costs in each link,traditional aggregate enterprises in the transformation process to intelligent and automatic factories can carry out the solutions of confusions in production management.According to the neglect of energy over consumption,bad working environment of shipping and the low efficiency of logistics operation,constructing intelligent factory of the aggregate industry is set as the topic.Combined with the experience of integrating IT application with industrialization,the technology application of Internet of things,Internet plus,automation control and mobile Internet applications,enterprise resource management,energy management,big data processing,delicacy management and other management concepts,a new enterprise management system based on information and automation are formed.From those point above have been mentioned,the aggregate enterprises,which started late in the intelligent construction,in the new round of scientific and technological revolution,have attempted continuously integrating with new technologies.In new constructed aggregate factories,manual work has been replaced by machinery and information system in order to reduce overconsumptions,increase production efficiency,optimize costs; Thus,this transformation builds a better foundation for aggregate enterprises for a further development space to a large scale and intensive ones.
