粉体加工中气流粉碎技术的研究进展

摘要: 气流粉碎技术是微纳米粉体加工的一种重要技术手段,其研究能够有效提高资源利用率。文章重点阐述了气流粉碎技术基础理论研究中的经典基础理论、计算机仿真优化基础理论的研究进展,气流粉碎技术在矿冶、生物领域的应用研究进展,水平圆盘式(扁平式)气流磨、循环管式气流磨、对喷式气流磨、靶式气流磨、流化床式气流磨的基本结构、工作原理与研究现状;最后指出气流粉碎技术存在的主要问题是能量利用率低,并对未来气流粉碎技术的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Jet mill technology is an important technical means for the processing of micronano powder.The research can effectively improve the utilization rate of resources.The article expounds the jet mill smashing technology basic theory in the study of classical theory,the research progress in the basic theory of computer simulation optimization,airflow pulverization technology in the field of mining and metallurgy,biological research progress of application of horizontal disc type (flat) jet mill,circular tube type jet mill,the spray type jet mill,the target type jet mill,fluidized bed jet mill's basic structure,working principle and research status;At last,it is pointed out that the main problem of air flow comminution technology is low energy utilization rate,and the research direction of air flow comminution technology in the future is prospected.
