某铜锌硫化矿浮选尾矿中锡石综合利用研究

摘要: 某铜锌硫化矿浮选尾矿含有较高价值的锡元素,其锡石嵌布粒度不均匀,为综合回收利用锡资源,采用重浮选联合工艺,通过分级重选得到了锡品位2064%,锡回收率6005%的锡精矿;对重选中矿与极细粒级的矿石进行了浮选试验研究,在合适的再磨细度下,通过物理化学联合脱泥浮选得到了锡品位139%、锡回收率536%的锡富中矿,重浮联合工艺最终回收了该尾矿中6541%的锡,为锡资源的综合利用提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The flotation tailings of a copperzinc sulfide ore contain relatively highvalue tin elements,and its cassiterite inlay is uneven in particle size.The combined gravityflotation process is used to comprehensively recycle the cassiterite,and a tin concentrate with Sn grade of 20.64% and Sn recovery rate of 6005% is obtained through grading and gravity separation.In order to further improve the utilization of tin resources,the flotation test of gravity middlings and extremely finegrained ore was carried out.Under suitable regrind fineness,the Sn grade of 1.39% was obtained through physical and chemical combined desliming and flotation.The tinrich medium ore with Sn recovery rate of 5.36%,and the combined gravityflotation process finally recovered 65.41% of the tin in the tailings,providing a reference for the comprehensive utilization of tin resources.
