微细粒含磷铁尾矿脱泥浮选试验研究

摘要: 微细粒含磷铁尾矿因具有粒度细、泥化程度高等特点,导致磷资源难以有效回收,长 期堆存还会造成资源浪费与环境负荷,是磷资源综合利用领域亟待解决的难题。本研究以某厂含 磷铁尾矿斜板浓密机溢流矿物为研究对象,采用旋流器二次脱泥—反浮选脱硫—正浮选选磷的联 合工艺开展磷资源回收研究。结果表明,采用海王 FX100、底流口径为 20 mm 的旋流器经浓缩脱泥 后可达到底流浓度为 27.03%、底流产率 67.36% 的底流产品;后经“一粗四精一扫”的浮选闭路流 程,最终获得品位 28.06%、回收率 43.95% 的磷精矿。该联合工艺运行稳定、药剂成本较低,所得磷 精矿品位达到销售指标要求,实现了微细粒含磷铁尾矿中磷资源的有效回收,可为同类微细粒含 磷二次资源的开发利用提供技术参考。

Abstract: Fine-grained phosphorus-bearing iron tailings are difficult to recover effectively because of their fine particle size and severe sliming,while long-term stockpiling results in resource loss and in⁃ creased environmental burdens. Their comprehensive utilization therefore remains a major challenge in phosphorus resource recovery. In this study,the overflow from a lamella thickener at a mineral processing plant was investigated using an integrated process comprising secondary hydrocyclone desliming,reverse flotation desulfurization,and direct flotation phosphorus recovery. The results showed that,using a Hai⁃ wang FX100 hydrocyclone with a 20 mm underflow spigot,the thickening and desliming process produced an underflow with a solids concentration of 27.03% and a yield of 67.36%. Subsequent treatment through a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one roughing,four cleaning,and one scavenging stage yielded a phosphate concentrate with a grade of 28.06% and a recovery of 43.95%. The integrated process exhibited stable operation and relatively low reagent costs,and the resulting concentrate met the required commercial grade. The process effectively recovered phosphorus from fine-grained phosphorus-bearing iron tailings and provides a technical reference for the utilization of similar secondary phosphorus resources.
