程潮矿选厂浓密工艺流程考察与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Thickening Process Flow of Concentrator Plant of Chengchao Mine

摘要: 程潮矿选矿车间采用先磁后浮原则流程生产铜、铁、硫精矿,分别采用 ϕ75 m、ϕ65 m 和 ϕ30 m 浓密机处理不同矿浆。针对各浓密机频繁出现的溢流跑浑、底流浓度不达标等问题,对各 浓缩工艺流程进行了系统考察,重点分析了给矿化学组成、矿浆 pH 值、表观 Zeta 电位、给矿浓度细 度等原料性质,以及浓密机转速、处理量等运行参数。结果表明:给矿中含有大量硫酸钙(石膏)及 硅钙灰石、绿泥石等链状和层状硅酸盐矿物,易吸水泥化;给矿细度严重超标;ϕ65 m 和 ϕ75 m 浓密 机实际处理量超出设计能力,长期超负荷运行。上述因素共同导致浓缩效率下降、溢流跑浑。建 议加强磨矿前预分级、优化磨矿介质以控制过磨,引入絮凝沉降工艺强化细粒团聚,并将 ϕ75 m 和 ϕ65 m 周边传动浓密机升级为中心传动式,以提升浓缩效率。

Abstract: The concentrator plant of Chengchao Iron Mine adopts magnetic separation followed by flo⁃ tation flowsheet to produce copper,iron,and sulfur concentrates. Thickeners with diameters of ϕ75 m, ϕ65 m,and ϕ30 m are used to treat different pulp streams. In view of the frequent problems of overflow turbidity and underflow density failing to meet requirements in each thickener,a systematic investigation was carried out on the thickening circuit. The feed properties,including chemical composition of the feed ore,pulp pH,apparent Zeta potential,feed solids concentration and fineness,as well as operating param⁃ eters such as thickener rake speed and throughput,were emphatically analyzed. The results show that the feed contains large amounts of calcium sulfate(gypsum)and chain and layer structured silicate minerals such as wollastonite and chlorite,which are prone to water absorption and sludging. The feed fineness se⁃ verely exceeds the design limit. The actual throughputs of the ϕ65 m and ϕ75 m thickeners exceed their design capacities,causing long term overloading. These factors collectively lead to reduced thickening effi⁃ ciency and overflow turbidity. It is recommended to strengthen pre classification before grinding,optimize grinding media to control over grinding,introduce flocculation sedimentation to enhance fine particle aggre⁃ gation,and upgrade the peripheral drive thickeners of ϕ75 m and ϕ65 m to central drive types to improve thickening performance.
