梧桐庄矿182211块段隔离注浆充填开采技术实践

摘要: 梧桐庄矿182211区段因开采压覆影响大量民居,井下煤炭采出后会形成采空区,极容 易导致土地塌陷,给矿井井下安全开采、矿区周边居民生产生活和地面环境保护带来极大影响。为 控制地表沉降,缓解工农矛盾,遏制周边生态环境退化,梧桐庄矿采用隔离注浆充填技术成功开采 182211与182211N工作面,地表最大下沉量由2.3 m减至302.4 mm,远低于传统方法。该技术不仅有 效控制了地表沉降,还创造了89 284万元的经济效益,缓解了开采压力,为矿井的长期高质量发展奠 定了坚实基础。

Abstract: Due to the impact of mining pressure on a large number of residential buildings in the 182211 section of Wutongzhuang Mine,after the underground coal is mined,it will form a mined-out area, which is extremely likely to cause land subsidence,and has a great impact on the safe mining of the mine un⁃ derground,the production and life of residents around the mining area,and the protection of the surface en⁃ vironment. To control surface subsidence,alleviate the conflict between industry and agriculture,and curb the degradation of the surrounding ecological environment,Wutongzhuang Mine successfully mined the 182211 and 182211N working faces by adopting the isolation grouting filling technology. The maximum sur⁃ face subsidence was reduced from 2.3 m to 302.4 mm,which was much lower than that of the traditional methods. This technology not only effectively controlled surface subsidence,but also created economic bene⁃ fits of 892.84 million yuan,alleviated the mining pressure,and laid a solid foundation for the long-term high-quality development of the mine.
