水力造穴增透技术在3101工作面瓦斯抽采中应用

摘要: 科兴平泉煤业有限公司3101工作面回采过断层群期间,出现局部瓦斯超限现象,采用 传统钻孔瓦斯抽采时,出现钻孔布置数量多、塌孔严重、瓦斯抽采效果差等技术难题。通过技术研 究,对工作面瓦斯抽采技术进行优化设计,采用水力造穴增透技术。通过现场实际应用效果来看,工 作面钻孔工程量减少了1 200 m,施工费用减少了27.6万元,平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高至85.7%,平均瓦 斯抽采纯量提高至 0.175 5 m3 /min,钻孔成孔率提高至 94.8%,瓦斯抽采半径扩大至 5 m,取得了很好 的改善效果。

Abstract: During the process of mining through the fault group at the 3101 working face of Kexing Pingquan Coal Industry Co.Ltd.,local gas over-limit phenomena occurred. When traditional borehole gas drainage was adopted,technical problems such as a large number of boreholes,severe hole collapse,and poor gas drainage effect emerged. Through technical research,the gas drainage technology of the working face is optimized and designed,and the hydraulic cavitation enhancement technology is adopted. From the perspective of the actual application effect on site,the engineering volume of drilling construction in the working face has decreased by 1 200 m,the construction cost has decreased by 276 000 yuan,the average gas extraction concentration has increased to 85.7%,the average gas extraction purity has increased to 0.177 5 m3 /min,the drilling hole formation rate has increased to 94.8%,and the gas extraction radius has expanded to 5 m. Very good improvement effects have been achieved.
