个旧地区某硫化铜矿工艺流程优化研究与实践

摘要: 针对个旧某硫化铜矿铜优先浮选存在中矿铜矿物单体解离度低,顺序返回循环量大, 选别指标难以提高等问题。开展了中矿再磨再选试验,确定了最佳工艺参数。工业实践表明:采用1 粗1精2扫、二段扫选精矿返回一段扫选、精选尾矿和扫选1精矿合并再磨再选闭路工艺流程,对铜品 位为 1.586% 的给矿,获得了品位和回收率分别为 22.17% 和 93.32% 的铜精矿,较原流程获得的铜品 位和回收率分别提高了 2.52和 3.37个百分点。流程优化后解决了中矿顺序返回恶化循环和选别指 标低等问题,提高了资源利用率。每年可创造直接经济效益约986万元。

Abstract: There are some problems in the preferential flotation of copper sulfide copper ore in Gejiu, such as low dissociation degree of copper mineral monomer,large amount of sequential return circulation, and difficulty in improving the separation index. The regrinding and reconcentration test of medium ore was carried out,and the optimum process parameters were determined. The industrial practice shows that the closed-circuit process of one roughing-one cleaning-two scavenging,two-stage scavenging concentrate re⁃ turning to one scavenging,cleaning tailings and one scavenging concentrate merging,regrinding and recon⁃ centration is adopted. For the feed ore with copper grade of 1.586%,a copper concentrate with grade and re⁃ covery of 22.17% and 93.32% is obtained,which is 2.52 and 3.37 percentage points higher than the copper grade and recovery obtained by the original process. After the process optimization,the problems of deterio⁃ ration cycle and low separation index of medium ore sequence return are solved,and the resource utilization rate is improved. It can create direct economic benefits of about 986 million yuan per year.
