鞍山某选厂磁赤铁矿高效选别试验研究

Experimental Study on High-Efficiency Beneficiation of Magnetite-Hematite Ore in a Concentrator in Anshan

摘要: 针对鞍山某选矿厂入选矿石特性不断恶化的问题,在矿石性质分析的基础上,进行了 选别工艺流程优化试验。结果表明,矿石铁品位为28.11%,经高压辊磨机粉碎后,对粉碎产物进行湿 式联合预选,其中弱磁选磁感应强度 250 mT,强磁选磁感应强度 1 000 mT,可获得铁品位提升至 34.04% 的预选精矿,一段磨矿处理量降低了 21.76%,同时抛弃粗粒尾矿的铁品位为 6.79%。对预选 精矿进行磨矿—磁选—粗细分级—重选—浮选联合工艺选别,最终获得了铁品位达67.83%、金属回 收率为74.35%的优质精矿产品,综合尾矿品位为10.42%。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of deteriorating ore characteristics of a concentrator in Anshan, based on the analysis of ore properties,the optimization test of beneficiation process flow was carried out. The results show that the iron grade of the ore is 28.11%. After crushing by high pressure grinding roll, the crushed product is subjected to wet combined pre-concentration process. With the magnetic induction intensity of low intensity magnetic separation is 250 mT,and the magnetic induction intensity of high in⁃ tensity magnetic separation is 1 000 mT,the pre-concentration concentrates with iron grade of 34.04% can be obtained,and the amount of primary grinding is reduced by 21.76%. At the same time,the iron grade of abandoned coarse tailings is 6.79%. The pre-selected concentrate was subjected to a combined process of grinding-magnetic separation-coarse and fine classification-gravity separation-flotation,a high�quality concentrate product with iron grade of 67.83% and metal recovery of 74.35% was obtained,and the comprehensive tailings grade was 10.42%.
