某铁精矿制备超级铁精矿试验研究

摘要: 为考察某矿山生产的全铁品位为68.60%、SiO2含量为4.45%的普通铁精矿加工超级铁 精矿的可行性,进行了选矿试验研究。试验表明,采用磨矿—弱磁—脱磁—淘洗—脱磁—反浮选工 艺,可获得产率 41.65%、全铁品位 72.20%、全铁回收率 43.90%、SiO2含量 0.093% 的超级铁精矿,以及 产率 53.28%、全铁品位 71.31%、铁回收率 55.47%、SiO2含量 0.793% 的高品质次铁精矿。研究结果为 后续可研和设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to investigate the feasibility of processing super iron concentrate by ordinary iron concentrate with total iron grade of 68.60% and SiO2 content of 4.45% produced by a mine,the beneficia⁃ tion test was carried out. The results show that the super iron concentrate with yield of 41.65%,total iron grade of 72.20%,total iron recovery of 43.90% and SiO2 content of 0.093%,and the high quality iron con⁃ centrate with yield of 53.28%,total iron grade of 71.31%,iron recovery of 55.47% and SiO2 content of 0.793% can be obtained by grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-demagnetization-elution-demagne⁃ tization-reverse flotation process. The research results provide a reference for subsequent research and de⁃ sign.
