某矿山开拓运输系统方案设计

摘要: 以某大型建筑用花岗岩露天矿为研究对象,提出公路+平硐溜井(方案Ⅰ)与公路+固定 式破碎站(方案Ⅱ)2种开拓运输方案,并进行成本对比分析。研究结果表明:方案Ⅰ采用平硐皮带运 输,年均运营成本较方案Ⅱ低800万元,但因其建期长(3.5 a)、投资高(较方案Ⅱ增加9 000万元),差 额投资回收期达11 a,综合经济效益不足;方案Ⅱ投资低,基建期仅1.5 a,可快速投产,综合推荐采用。 在运输设备选型方面,运用费用现值法对比发现,新能源宽体车初始投资为燃油车的3.86倍,但年均 运营成本降低50%,全周期费用现值减少20.5%,经济性更优。结论表明,公路+固定式破碎站方案结 合新能源设备,在保障经济效益的同时符合绿色转型需求,为露天矿山运输系统优化提供实践范例。

Abstract: Taking a large-scale granite open-pit mine for construction as the research object,two de⁃ velopment and transportation schemes of highway + adit chute(scheme I)and highway + fixed crushing sta⁃ tion(scheme II)are proposed,and the cost comparison analysis is carried out. The results show that the av⁃ erage annual operating cost of scheme I is 8 million yuan lower than that of scheme II,but because of its long construction period(3.5 a)and high investment(90 million yuan higher than that of scheme II ),the payback period of the difference investment is 11 a,and the comprehensive economic benefit is insufficient. The investment of scheme II is low,and the capital construction period is only 1.5 a. It can be put into pro⁃ duction quickly and is recommended for comprehensive application. In terms of transportation equipment se⁃ lection,it is found that the initial investment of new energy wide-body vehicles is 3.86 times that of fuel ve⁃ hicles by using the present value-cost method,but the average annual operating cost is reduced by 50%, and the present value of the whole cycle cost is reduced by 20.5%,which is more economical. The conclu⁃ sion shows that the scheme of highway + fixed crushing station combined with new energy equipment meets the needs of green transformation while ensuring economic benefits,and provides a practical example for the optimization of open-pit mine transportation system.
