全煤巷道高应力区破碎围岩控制技术应用

摘要: 阳城四侯煤业有限公司3203运输顺槽在掘进期间受邻近采空区、小窑破坏区以及地质 构造影响,巷道掘进至 410~490 m 段进入高应力区,出现两帮垮落、顶板下沉冒落等应力显现现象。 从煤层赋存、集中应力、支护结构等几方面分析了高应力区围岩破碎机理,并对围岩支护进行优化, 提出了“柔性注浆+桁架锚索+梯形钢棚+喷浆”等联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明,采取联合支护 技术后,巷道在后期掘进时,顶板最大下沉量为0.14 m,两帮垮落深度减小至0.6 m,片帮长度减小至 1.7 m,两帮收敛量减小至0.37 m,巷道掘进速度提高至5.4 m/d,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract: During the excavation of 3203 transport channel of Yangcheng Sihou Coal Industry Co., Ltd.,due to the influence of nearby goaf,small kiln failure area and geological structure,the roadway is driven to the high stress area in the section 410~490 m,and the stress phenomena such as two-side cav⁃ ing and roof subsidence and caving appear. From the coal seam occurrence,concentrated stress and sup⁃ porting structure,the crushing mechanism of surrounding rock in high stress area is analyzed,and the sur⁃ rounding rock support is optimized,and the combined support technology of "flexible grouting + truss an⁃ chor cable + trapezoidal steel shed + shotcrete" is proposed. The practical application results show that af⁃ ter adopting the combined support technology,the maximum roof subsidence is 0.14 m,the caving depth of the two walls is reduced to 0.6 m,the length of the slab is reduced to 1.7 m,the convergence of the two walls is reduced to 0.37 m,and the tunneling speed is increased to 5.4 m/d,which has achieved remark⁃ able application results.
