过氧化氢体系下某铁精矿脱硫试验

Desulfurization Test of an Iron Concentrate in Hydrogen Peroxide System

摘要: 为提高铁精矿质量,满足钢铁冶炼对低硫原料的要求,以大冶某磁选铁精矿为试验原 料,采用过氧化氢为氧化剂,对其进行了脱硫试验研究,考察了过氧化氢浓度、反应温度、硫酸加入量 和反应时间对该铁精矿脱硫的影响。试验结果表明:固液比为1∶2时,最佳脱硫条件为加入过氧化氢 用量20 g,硫酸用量10 g,反应温度40 ℃,反应时间30 min;循环试验结果表明,在保证过氧化氢浓度 的条件下,每次加入2 g过氧化氢,脱硫率仍维持在较高水平,最终铁精矿中的硫含量降至0.2%,铁回 收率为97%。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of iron concentrate and meet the requirements of low sulfur raw materials for iron and steel smelting,the desulfurization test was carried out with a magnetic iron con⁃ centrate from Daye as the test material and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. The effects of hydrogen perox⁃ ide concentration,reaction temperature,sulfuric acid dosage and reaction time on the desulfurization of the iron concentrate were investigated. The results showed that when the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶2,the optimum desulfurization conditions are as follows.The amount of hydrogen peroxide is 20 g,the amount of sulfuric ac⁃ id is 10 g,the reaction temperature is 40 ℃,and the reaction time is 30 min. The results of the cycle test showed that under the condition of ensuring the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,2 g of hydrogen perox⁃ ide is added each time,and the desulfurization rate is still maintained at a high level. Finally,the sulfur content in the iron concentrate is reduced to 0.2%,and the iron recovery rate is 97%.
