摘要: 为了进一步优化高压辊磨过程缓冲仓料重的控制,针对料重控制过程存在惯性滞后、 复杂的工况时变和强非线性的过程特性,以及缓冲仓料重控制大部分由人工现场就地控制造成的劳 动强度大和控制的准确性、及时性难以保证的问题,进行了一种基于“端-边-云”协同的高压辊磨料 重自适应控制方法的研究。研究采用基于案例推理的辊磨料重参数实时优化设定方法,并设计参数 控制器,实现了料重参数在运行过程中的自适应控制,解决了传统无规律和凭经验进行控制出现的 滞后问题,提高了选矿厂的智能化水平。

Abstract: In order to further optimize the control of buffer warehouse material weight in the process of high pressure roller mill,aiming at the process characteristics of inertia lag,complex working condition time-varying and strong nonlinearity in the process of material weight control,and the problem that most of the buffer warehouse material weight control is caused by manual on-site control,the labor intensity is large and the accuracy and timeliness of control are difficult to guarantee,an adaptive control method of high pressure roller mill weight based on 'end-edge-cloud' collaboration is studied. The real-time optimization setting method of roller material weight parameters based on case-based reasoning is studied,and the parameter controller is designed to realize the adaptive control of material weight parameters in the operation process,which solves the lag problem of traditional irregular and empirical control,and improves the intelligent level of concentrator.
