Mirador铜矿低碱度铜硫分离试验研究

摘要: 为解决Mirador 铜矿尾矿外排水pH值较高的技术难题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上, 以ML-1和石灰作为铜、硫分离作业的组合抑制剂进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在pH值11.0 的 条件下,当ML-1用量为200 g/t时,实现了铜硫分离,闭路试验获得的铜精矿含铜26.52%、铜回收率 89.01%,闭路试验结果为Mirador 铜矿低碱度铜、硫分离提供了技术依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the technical problem of high pH value of tailings drainage in Mirador Copper Mine,based on the study of process mineralogy,ML-1 and lime were used as combined inhibitors for copper and sulfur separation. The results show that under the conditions of pH=11.0,when the dosage of ML-1 is 200 g/t,the separation of copper and sulfur is realized.The copper concentrate obtained in the closed-circuit test contains 26.52% copper and the copper recovery rate is 89.01%.The closed-circuit test results provide a technical basis for the separation of copper and sulfur with low alkalinity in Mirador Copper Mine.
