某多金属矿炭质板岩巷道支护数值分析与方案优化

摘要: 金属矿山开采过程中,支护是保证巷道稳定性的关键施工环节,但现有矿山巷道施 工工艺种类较多,不同围岩质量的巷道支护标准难以统一。为探索巷道标准设计方案,以某多金 属矿为工程背景,针对炭质板岩巷道的岩体质量条件,利用RS2 软件开展了不同支护条件下的巷 道围岩应力、位移分布特征解析,并结合工程实际对巷道支护的标准化方案进行优化。结果表明: 不同类型的支护设计对巷道围岩不同区域部位的应力、位移影响不同,应基于不同岩体质量条件 设计合理的支护方式,从而实现不同支护的统一管理。研究结果可为矿山巷道支护设计提供参 考。

Abstract: In the mining process of metal mines, roadway support is the key construction link to en⁃ sure the stability of the roadway. However, there are many kinds of existing roadway construction technolo⁃ gies, and it is difficult to unify the roadway support standards with different surrounding rock quality. In or⁃ der to explore standard design scheme of the roadway, taking a polymetallic mine as the engineering back⁃ ground, in view of the rock mass quality conditions of the carbonaceous slate roadway, the RS2 software was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of the stress and displacement of the roadway surrounding rock under different support conditions, and the standardized scheme of roadway support was optimized in combination with the engineering practice. The results show that different types of support design have dif⁃ ferent effects on the stress and displacement of the surrounding rock in different areas of the roadway, and reasonable support methods should be designed based on different rock mass quality conditions to achieve unified management of different supports. The research results can provide reference for mine roadway sup⁃ port design.
