摘要: Mirador 铜矿是厄瓜多尔共和国正在开发的一个大型斑岩铜矿山,拥有超过400 万t 铜金属资源量,如何保证矿产资源的充分利用是影响矿山经济效益和可持续发展的重要课题。阐 述了矿石品位控制流程及应用机制,通过规范的取样和化验分析,应用专业的矿业软件,构建起精 准的台阶矿体实体模型,并动态更新和管理台阶采矿模型,有效地控制了矿石损失贫化率,也为编 制短期生产计划提供了准确的地质依据。

Abstract: Mirador Copper Mine is a large porphyry copper mine being developed in Ecuador,with more than 4 million tons of copper resources. How to ensure the full utilization of mineral resources is an important topic affecting the economic benefits and sustainable development of the mine. The ore grade con⁃ trol process and application mechanism are described. Through standardized sampling and laboratory analy⁃ sis,professional mining software is used to build an accurate bench ore body entity model,and the bench mining model is dynamically updated and managed. The ore loss and dilution rate is effectively controlled, which also provides an accurate geological basis for the preparation of short-term production plans.
