Abstract: In order to scientifically promote the restoration of the ecology of the mined areas，a num⁃ ber of researches on the related field of the mining subsidence have been conducted. This study carefully analyzes the changes of the numbers of the related journals and papers，the most frequent citations distribu⁃ tion，the levels of researches，the sources of the publications，the contributing institutes and the collabora⁃ tive keywords of the journals and papers and then scientifically displays an outline of the development of the mining subsidence，which explains the current situation and characteristics in the field. The conclusion of the study shows that the foundation of the related researches on the mining subsidence is solid，while there is still room to improve for the extensive academic communications among research institutes.On this basis，the future research hotspots in the field of mining subsidence are further analyzed for reference for subsequent research.
