宜昌磷矿绿色发展示范区污水处理技术

摘要: 宜昌磷矿是全国五大磷矿基地之一,围绕磷矿资源优势逐步形成了磷化工产业集 群,绿色矿业技术走在全国前列,形成了磷矿绿色矿业发展示范区。为推广宜昌磷矿绿色发展示 范区污水处理技术与经验,从水质方面介绍了矿井水多级沉淀系统、絮凝剂除磷技术、生活污水净 化系统、水质在线监测系统等矿区水处理技术,以及生态补偿制度等情况,一系列措施的落实,保 障了黄柏河流域东支水质达标,构建了绿色矿业发展长效机制。这种磷矿区水处理方法及保障制 度在绿色矿山建设发展中具有推广价值。

Abstract: Yichang Phosphate Mine is one of the five major phosphate mining bases in China. The phosphorus chemical industry cluster has been gradually formed around the advantages of phosphate ores resources. Green mining technology in Yichang Phosphate Mine is in the forefront of the China,and the green mining development demonstration zone has been formed. In order to popularize the sewage treatment technology and experience in Yichang Phosphate Mine green development demonstration area,the water treatment technologies in the mining area,such as multistage sedimentation system of mine water,floccu⁃ lant phosphorus removal technology,domestic sewage purification system,on-line water quality monitor⁃ ing system are introduced from the aspect of water quality,and ecological compensation system. The imple⁃ mentation of a series of measures has ensured that the water quality of the Eastern Branch of the Huangbai River Basin meets the standard,and established a long-term mechanism for the development of green min⁃ ing industry. The sewage treatment method and guarantee system in phosphate ores area are worth popular⁃ izing in the construction and development of green mines.
