基于PDA 的隐患管理系统在露天矿山的设计与应用

摘要: 露天矿山覆盖面大,工况复杂,安全盲点较多。为了提高矿山信息化安全管理水平, 通过大量已发生的隐患事故案例分析,建立隐患源致因立体动态模型,得出露天矿山隐患辨识依 据;在此基础上设计多维度风险评价与闭环处理流程,形成隐患排查治理模型;建立基于信息层、 传输层与应用层的无线物联网架构,借助智能PDA 终端设备,引入离线数据存储与自动重传技 术,融合端云服务共享,实现隐患信息智能化采集、处理与应用;构建了隐患辨识、处理与数据分析 系统功能模块,开发了系统软件平台,对露天矿山隐患的发现、治理、预防以及事故溯源分析提供 了很好的思路。结果表明:系统运行能够显著提高露天矿山固定隐患点排查率,增强从业人员的 风险辨识能力,推进针对性预案的编制,便于建立便捷有效的隐患排查治理制度,实现露天矿山隐 患常态化与科学化管控。

Abstract: Open-pit mines have large coverage,complex working conditions and many safety blind spots. In order to improve the level of mine information safety management,through the analysis of a large number of hidden danger accidents that have occurred,a three-dimensional dynamic model of hidden dan⁃ ger sources is established,and the basis for hidden danger identification of open-pit mines is obtained; On this basis,a multi-dimensional risk assessment and closed-loop treatment process is designed to form a hidden danger troubleshooting and governance model; Establish the wireless Internet of things architecture based on information layer,transmission layer and application layer,introduce offline data storage and au⁃ tomatic retransmission technology with the help of intelligent PDA terminal equipment,integrate end cloud service sharing,and realize the intelligent collection,processing and application of hidden danger informa⁃ tion; The function modules of hidden danger identification,processing and data analysis system are con⁃ structed,and the system software platform is developed,which provides a good idea for the discovery, treatment,prevention and accident traceability analysis of hidden dangers in open-pit mines. The results show that the system operation can significantly improve the screening rate of fixed hidden danger points in open-pit mines,enhance the risk identification ability of employees,promote the preparation of targeted plans,facilitate the establishment of a convenient and effective hidden danger screening and treatment sys⁃ tem,and realize the normalization and scientific management and control of hidden dangers in open-pit mines.
