王坡矿井下排水自动化控制系统设计与应用

摘要: 针对王坡矿井多水平排水系统中各泵房依靠自身排水进行控制,各排水设备未及时 更新、维修费用高、排水效率低等问题,为在安全高效完成排水任务的基础上,把系统的用电量尽 可能地降到最低,根据信息互通、集中控制的原则,开发了一套排水控制系统,对技术方案、系统组 成以及主要设备和传感器进行了介绍,并阐述了实现功能。应用结果表明:该系统实现了单水平 自动排水和多水平协调优化排水控制,水泵运行安全可靠,抗干扰性强,系统数据可通过井下环网 上传到地面监控中心,停泵水锤现象得以缓解,漏水故障得以避免,提升矿井排水效率10%以上, 可为类似矿井排水提供技术参考。

Abstract: In view of the problems that each pump room in the multi-level drainage system of Wang⁃ po Mine depends on its own drainage to control,the drainage equipment is not updated in time,the mainte⁃ nance cost of drainage equipment is high,and the drainage efficiency is low,in order to minimize the pow⁃ er consumption of the system on the basis of safely and efficiently completing the drainage task,a set of drainage control system is developed according to the principles of information exchange and centralized control The system composition,main equipment and sensors are introduced,and the realization functions are described. The application results show that the system realizes single-level automatic drainage and multi-level coordinated and optimized drainage control. The operation of the water pump is safe and reli⁃ able,with strong anti-interference. The system data can be transmitted to the ground monitoring center through the underground ring network,the phenomenon of pump stop water hammer can be alleviated,the water leakage fault can be avoided,and the drainage efficiency of the mine can be improved by more than 10%,which can provide technical reference for similar mine drainage.
