巴西某混合型磁-赤铁矿选矿试验

摘要: 为合理开发利用巴西某铁品位50.84%、矿石粒度较细的混合型磁-赤铁矿,在矿石性 质研究的基础上进行了工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:在-0.076 mm60%的磨矿细度下,经磨矿— 弱磁—强磁1 粗1 扫流程选别后,可获得产率70.89%、铁品位63.30%、铁回收率91.60%的综合铁精 矿,选矿指标较好,可为国内选厂生产加工该类铁矿石提供技术参考和依据。

Abstract: In order to rationally develop and utilize a mixed maghemite ore with iron grade of 50.84% and fine ore particle size in Brazil,the process test was carried out on the basis of ore properties research. The results show that under the grinding fineness of -0.076 mm 60%,the comprehensive iron concentrate with the yield of 70.89%,iron grade of 63.30% and iron recovery of 91.60% can be obtained by grindinglow intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic one roughing one scavenging process. The beneficiation in⁃ dex is good,which can provide technical reference and basis for the production and processing of such iron ore in domestic concentrators.
