江西某铜矿铜浮选工艺优化研究

摘要: 江西某铜矿石受铜氧化率升高的影响,选矿厂生产指标不太理想,为解决现场工艺流程的不适应问题,在使用新捕收剂W1的基础上,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占64%情况下,采用2粗2扫、粗精矿中的+0.074 mm粒级再磨至-0.074 mm占965%情况下与筛下合并进行1粗3精2扫流程浮选,最终获得铜品位为19.38%、铜回收率为73.84%的铜精矿。

Abstract: A copper ore in Jiangxi is affected by the increase of copper oxidation rate.The production index of the ore dressing plant is not ideal.In order to solve the problem of unsuitability of the onsite process,the ore dressing test was carried out on the basis of the new collector W1.The results show that the oreground to grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 64%,via two roughing two scavenging,+0.074 mm in coarse concentrate reground to -0.074 mm 96.5% and mixed with undersize via one roughing three cleaning two scavenging process,a copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.38% and copper recovery of 7384% was obtained.
