    Experiment on Beneficiation Process of a Highsulfur Leadzinc Polymetallic Ore

    In order to high efficient recycle a highsulfur leadzinc polymetallic ore,semi fluorescence analysis,XRD analysis,SEM analysis and beneficiation process experiment were conducted.The results showed that the metal elements Pb,Zn,Ag could be recovered in the ore.Pb and Zn mainly existed in galena and sphalerite respectively,Ag was mainly associated with galena.The grade of Pb,Zn and Ag were 1.76%,3.97%,22.03 g/t respectively in the ore with lead and zinc minerals close association and complex disseminated features.Via the test by adopting the process of lead preferential flotation and then zinc flotation as well as the flotation reagent system optimization by orthogonal test,Pb,Zn,Ag in the ore were comprehensive recovered.Eventually,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 5757%,containing Ag 564.26 g/t,Pb recovery rate of 89.63%,Ag recovery rate of 70.18% and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 46.44%,recovery rate of 76.97% were achieved,comprehensive recovery and high efficient utilization were realized.

    Taking a copper-lead-zinc complex refractory polymetallic pyrite ore as a study object,on the basis the ore study process mineralogy,a large number of exploration experiments were carried out. The results showed that under the condition of raw ore containing Cu 0.18%,Pb 0.27%,Zn 1.45%,S 14.09%,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 10.68% and recovery rate of 41.65%,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 42.88% and recovery rate of 80.04%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 42.04% and recovery rate of 84.11%,and sulfur concentrate with S grade of 40.21% and recovery rate of 62.64%,via copper,lead,zinc and sulfur preferential flotation closed circuit test in which Zn cleaning with flotation-magnetic separation combined flowsheet,and the comprehensive utilization of the ore was realized.

    The valuable elements such as copper,molybdenum are occurred in the researched copper deposit with 0.52% and 0.011%,which characterized by low grade and difficult separation.For reasonable recovery of copper,molybdenum of Cu-Mo polymetallic deposit in Yunnan Province,the benefication process experiment was conducted,based on the ore properties.Experimental results show that the grinding fineness of 57.81% -0.074 mm,collector dosage (OL-2) 80 g/t,lime dosage (TL-1) of 300 g/t in cleaning optimal conditions,the roughing experiment-process of coarse grinding-discarding tailing,regrinding of rough concentrate,once roughing,twice concentrate and three-times molybdenum cleaning has determined,by using the sodium sulfide (1 204.7 g/t) as flotation refulator,sodium fluosilicate (680.2 g/t) as combined depressant.According to the separation flotation of once roughing,four-times concentrate and once cleaning,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 25.85%,recovery of 87.729% and molybdenum grade of 0.033% has got.In addition,the molybdenum concentrate with grade of 46.35%,recovery of 76.35% has obtained.Finally,this author hold that the well comprehensive index can provides the scientific basis and technology support for effective development and utilization of copper-molybdenum ore in Pulang copper deposit.

    In order to efficiently recycle a oxidized copper ore with copper grade of 1.28% in Yunnan,according to the raw ore properties of high oxidation rate,high binding rate and fine disseminated size,dressing test was carried out by using first sulfur after oxygen flotation-flotation tailings strong magnetic separation principle process flow.The results showed that under the condition of grinding fineness -0.074 mm 84.5%,via one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging copper sulfide flotation-copper sulfide flotation tailings one roughing-three cleaning-three scavenging copper oxide flotation- flotation tailings magnetic separation comprehensive recover copper process flow,copper sulphide concentrate with copper grade of 24.75%,recovery rate of 33.03% and copper oxide concentrate with copper grade of 16.12%,recovery rate of 39.25% were obtained;copper grade of 9.71% and copper recovery rate of 12.50% were acquired;the copper grade and recovery rate of comprehensive concentrate were 16.77%,84.87% respectively,test indexes were satisfactory.

    CaF2 grade of the fluorite associated with a tungsten polymetallic ore tailings is 25.07%,in order to effectively recover the fluorite resource and realize the comprehensive utilization of the resource,beneficiation test was conducted.The results showed that using sodium oleate as collector,acidified sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor,fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 94.89%,SiO2 grade of 1.55%,CaCO3 grade of 0.34%,CaF2 recovery rate of 68.12% was obtained via the closed process of one roughing-one scavenging-rough concentrate regrinding-seven cleaning,middling 1and midding 2 returning to scavenging,other midding sequence return to scavenging.The purpose of comprehensive recovery of fluorite resources was achieved,economic benefits was remarkable.

    Aiming at the high efficient copper-suppressing agent sodium cyanide existing problems that highly toxic,indissolubility of the residue in water,great pollution to environment,a 25-day industrial test was conducted by using a low-toxic sodium thioglycolate instead of sodium cyanide in sandaozhuang molybdenum-tungsten polymetallic ore dressing plant.By adjusting the amount of sodium thioglycolate with different unit consumption,the change of copper impurity content in the concentrate was detected.A series of problems existing in the test were analyzed.The problems of sodium thioglycolate used in the process of copper and molybdenum separation flotation that should be noted were pointed out,some suggestions and opinions on the industrial test of sodium thioglycolate were given.

    Xilingxi gold mining area in Shandong Province is located in the Weihai-Wendeng metallogenic belt. The metallogenic belt is a near SN metallogenic belt controlled by the Mishan fault zone in the eastern part of Jiaodong.The fault structure is very well developed and a large number of gold deposits (points) are distributed. The main mineralization alteration zone in the study area is located in the secondary fault of the Mishan fault. Through comprehensive study and analysis of geological characteristics,geophysical characteristics and deposit geological characteristics of the mining area,the metallogenic background of the mining area is understood in detail, and the metallogenic conditions and prospecting direction are summarized.The study results show that the orebody is located in the secondary fault of the Mishan fault,and its form is controlled by the fracture structure;the IP anomaly and the rock section are well corresponded with the mineralized body;the mineralized body can be exposed by trenching and drilling engineering;the gold mineralization conditions of the area is good,the prospecting potential of gold deposit in the area is huge.

    A gold mine in Deqing County in Guangdong Province is a medium-scale tectonic altered rock gold deposit,it is another major gold deposit prospecting breakthrough in Guangning-Luoding metallogenic belt after Hetai large scale gold deposit is found.In order to study the ore characteristics and Au occurrence state of the deposit,systematic smapling work of the ores in minnig area is conducted and a lot of samples of ores are obtained,chemical multielement analysis,mineral component analysis,mineral scanning electron microscopy analysis and mineral microscopic identification or rock mass are done.The study results show that minerals of gold deposit is mainly for native gold,a small amount of black bismuth-gold ore and trace Jonassonite;the gold element in the deposit moves with reduced siliceous metallogenic fluid with the form of gold and bismuth solid solution and takes sulfur-bismuth complex as the carrier,then,the gold element is superimposed on brittle fracture interstices in ductile fault zone to separate sedimentary mineralization.

    The regional metallogenic geological conditions of Xiaopengjiang Pb-Zn-Ag deposit is good, but the geological working degree is low in the past.In order to conduct systematic evaluation of the prospecting prospect of mining area,the geological characteristics,orecontrolling conditions,prospecting criteria and metallogenic regularity are analyzed and studied,and the prospecting prospect is evaluated.The study results shows that:①Xiaopengjiang Pb-Zn-Ag deposit belongs to the magmatic hydrothermal filling metasomatic Pb-Zn polymetallic deposit,the veins are grouped and grouped in the inner contact zone of the west of the Jinjiling rock mass, controlled by the secondary fracture zone of the regional ore controlling fracture F1 and F2;②inner contact zone of rock mass,ore-controlling fault and its secondary fault,alteration such as greisenization and old holes formed by people mining can be taken as the favorable prospecting criterias of the mining area;③the northward vein in the mining area has a stable trend along the direction and tendency,and the deep part has the possibility to expand the prospect;④the metallogenic conditions is good, the element anomalies are well developed, and the mineralization is obvious,therefore,the prospecting prospect of the mining area is good,it is necessary to conduct further mineral exploration work.

    Combing with the geological prospecting resutls of Sanhetun mining area of Horqin Right Front Banner in Inner Mongolia,the regional metallogenic geological background is discussed,the characteristics of strata,magmatic activity,structures and geochemical anomalies of the mining area are analyzed emphatically.Baed on the mineralization characteristics of Sn-polymetallic and Ag-polymetallic orebodies of the mining area,the comprehensive analysis indicated that the metallogenic type of the deposit is hydrothermal deposit associated with magmatism,metallogenic process is controlled by tectonics and intrusive rocks.Based on the above discussion results,the prospecting directions of the mining area is analyzed,it is show that the favorable metallogenic part is the contact zone of granite and Permian strata,especially for the location where the contace zone overlaps with the fracture structures,which deep prospecting potential is large.

    Affected by thrust nappe and strike-slip movement in the integrated exploration area of manganese deposit in Chengkou County,a large number of faults and folds has been formed,all of them belong to the ore-breaking structures after metallogenic period.According to the structural forms of faults and folds in the study area,it can be divided into three zones of structural forms,which include the zone of right strike-slip faults and thrust faults,the zone of left strike-slip faults,right strike-slip faults and thrust faults and the zone of folds and faults.Based on the characteristics of tectonic evolution in the study area,the evolution of the orebodies experienced four stages,which include the sedimentary stage,the fold bending stage,the fault failure stage and the uplift transformation stage.By the analysis of the structural combination characteristics of the study area,the structural ore-controlling regularities of the study area is summarized,which is of great significance to guide the drilling location in manganese exploration work,improve the percentage of ore-occurrence and realize the breakthrough of prospecting in the study area.

    Chengkou manganese deposit is a sedimentary deposit.Due to the lack of study on the spatial occurrence of manganese orebodies,the drilling effects is restricted seriously,and a major prospecting breakthrough can not be achieved,since the integrated exploration work is carried out in 2015.In order to solve this problem,through the study of the past analysis results and mineral exploration data of Chengkou manganese deposit,the orebody spatial occurrence regularity of the deposit are analyzed.The study results show that:①the spatial occurrence of manganese orebodies are affected by three factors,including stratigraphy,sedimentary environment and ore-breaking structure after metallogenic period;②the manganese orebodies occur at the top of the second member of the Doushantuo Formation of Lower Sinian,formed in the reductive sedimentary environment from acidic to alkaline transformation;③the platform margin slope and the restricted platform (lagoon) facies are the main facies for the development of manganese orebodies,and the restricted platform (subtidal) facie is a secondary important facie for manganese orebodies;④faults and folds in the mining area are all ore-breaking structures after metallogenic period,and the structural forms is consistent with the distribution of the orebodies in deep area.According to the above study results,three prospecting targets ares are delineated,the No.1 target area is the most important prospecting potential area and the others are the secondary important prospecting potential areas.

    Langan District in Suzhou City of Anhui Province locates at the southeast part in north China,primary diamond is found in the basic rock in recent years,two strongly weathered residual type diamond orebodies are delineated,and diabase is the main carrier of diamond,this is the first time in China for finding primary diamond in the basic rock,great breakthrough has been gained,after mineral reserves review,the small scale can be reached. According to the prospecting achievements of Langan District,the geological characteristics of diamond deposit,the geological conditons and genesis of the diamond deposit are studied.The results show that:①genesis of the primary diamond deposit is a new genetic type which mainly have relationship with diabase rock mass in Laozhai Mountain,this is not same as the traditional concept that the ultrabasic kimberlite and potassium-magnesium lamprophyre are different from the ore-forming parent rocks of diamond deposit,basic rock is the main carrier of diamond deposit;②the relevant geological conditions of diamond mineralization are mainly for long term stable archean craton in North China Platform,gentle sedimentary cover,development of deep major dislocation and secondary dislocation system,diabase rock mass in the Laozhai Mountain,large number of indicative minerals, effect of weathe〖BP(〗〖BP)〗〖LM〗ring and residue etc.;③metallogenic genesis of the original diamond deposit in Langan Distric may be capture causes,which can be discribed that after the formation of primary diamond,it is captured in the rising process of basic magma formed in the deep mantle near asthenosphere,and it is quickly carried to the surface through Tanlu fracture zone and its secondary fault zone,the diamond deposit in Langan District is the outcome of multi-stage and multi-period development.

    The Zhongzhai Minefield in Zhijin County in Guizhou Province is rich for CBM (Coalbed methane),in order to analyze the distribution characteristics and resources potential of the CBM in the minefield,the distribution regularity and occurrence characteristics of the CBM in the minefield are discussed,and the amount of the CBM resources is estimated by volumetric method.The study results show that methane content is the lowest in the northeastern field of outcrop,and higher in the medium-deep of the minefield and Santang Syncline axis;geological structure,coal thickness,roof lithology,seam outcrop and buried depth are the main factors which affect methane content;the estimation results of CBM resource reserve is 52.77×108 m3 in the minefield;Santang Syncline is the favorable prospecting target area of CBM,enrichment degree of CBM in the central of syncline is higher than the wings of syncline.

    Lacustrine sediments in Bulunkou area of West Kunlun Mountains in Akto County is linearly distributes along Muji River in nearly SN-NW direction,it is obviously controlled by neotectonics and forms early sedimentary formation in linear fault zones.Through 1∶50 000 regional geological survey,it is found that this formation is the main body of nowaday high-based Muji River terrace.Trough some relevant sections,tt is the first time to acquire its OSL(optically stimulated luminescence) dating age of (55.5±8.6)~(94.8±9.7)ka,which can provide reliable reference for the study of neotectonics in the area.

    Through the detailed observation and study of the gently dipping gold orebody (M#1-Ⅰorebody ) in the pit excavation project in Huaishuping mining area in Henan Province, it is found that the orebody is damaged by the tectonic movement after the formation,its morphological characteristics can be summarized as following:①in the orebody profile,the orebody is distributed as generally slow-waved thin veins,it is broken by several small faults,although the fault interval is small,the continuity of gold orebody in the strike and inclination is destroyed;②pyrite mineralization is a metal mineralization that is closely related to gold orebody in mineralization alteration,silicification and potassiumization are the main alteration alternation types that are closely related to gold orebody and high in intensity;③the gold orebody is characterized by relatively low resistivity and high intensification in physical properties,while quartz veins closely accompanying them show the characteristics of high resistivity and low intensification.Based on the above discussion results,the further study resutls show that the prospecting effects can be improved by utilizing the significant difference between the resistivity and polarizability of gold orebody and quartz vein to find the hidden orebody and tracing the faulty orebody in the process of development and utilization.

    Yindongpo Gold Mine in Henan Province is the important super-large mixed hydrothermal gold deposit in our country.The certain physical difference of orebodies (ore vein groups),ore-controlling structure,magmatic,ore-bearing strata and their surrounding geological bodies is existed,the geophysical anomaly of them is significant.Through the interpretation of the deep IP anomaly of the mining area,the drilling verification of the low resistance and high polarizability anomalies is done.The location of deep orebody is in good agreement with the geophysical anomalies.Based on the above discussion results,according to the regional metallogenic types,the main industrial orebodies in the east of the deposit is saddle-like and stratiform distributed in Pt3W22 thick layer of carbonaceous sericite in quartz schist,due to the mineralized carbonaceous sericite quartz schist is characterized by low resistance and high polarizability,therefore,the IP characteristics of low resistance and high polarizability of mineralized carbonaceous sericite quartz schistis is the important prospecting indicator of the gold deposit in the mining area.

    Graphite belongs to crystalline carbon,natural graphite can be divided into three categories:compact crystalline graphite,flake crystalline graphite and aphanitic graphite.The graphite deposits types of China maily consists of scaly crystalline graphite and aphanitic graphite.Underground mining of aphanitic graphite has formed a large scale,due to the mining of flake crystalline graphite,open-pit mining methed is mainly aodpted in domestic and overseas,but the corresponding problems such as large stripping ratio,high cost are existed,besides that,the damge of the mining activities to environment and vegetaiton is obvious.In recent years,the underground mining of flake crystalline graphite orebody of Jingying Graphite Mine in Hubei Province has reached a certain scale,the mining technical conditions and underground mining scheme of the mine are analyzed in detail.The study results show that:①the crystalline graphite deposits in China are mainly for regional metamorphic type deposit,the metallogenic epoch and geological characteristics of them are approximate,the surrounding rock characteristics of orebodies are generally the same,therefore,the mining experience of Jingying Graphite Mine has reference significance for the mining of flake crystalline graphite deposit;②according to the orebody occurrence characteristics of Jingying Graphite Mine,the sublevel drilling stage chamber backfilling method is the optimal one,is is superior to the other mining methods in stope production safety,stope production capacity,ventilation effects and stoping rate;③flake crystalline graphite is used more and more widely in industrial fields,the〖LM〗 study of the underground mining of flake crystalline graphite should be strengthened,so as to make full use the deep graphite resources.

    The rocks strength,structural weak surface and stability of rock and orebody of No.Ⅰ copper belt of Dahongshan Iron Mine is investigated.In view of the present situation that many production links of the point column upward stratified filling method in the mine need to be operated in empty field,the deep mining method of No.Ⅰ copper belt of the mine is optimized as:for the thicker orebody (thickness is greater than 7 m),sublevel open stoping and subsequent tailings filling method is the optimal mining method;for the medium thickness orebody (thickness is 4~7 m),the point column upward stratified filling method is the optimal mining method;for the thinner orebody (thickness is lower than 4 m),strip mining technique is the best mining method,besides that,the stope span should be reduced.The applicaiton of the above otpimized mining methods is help for ensuring the safety mining of the mine and improving the mining efficiency of the mine.

    The non-metallurgical limestone resources is exposed in large scale during the mining process of Dabaopo Mine in Chongqing City,in order to improve the resource utilization rate,the recycling scheme of the non-metallurgical limestone is proposed.The economic and rationality stripping ratio of the non-metallurgical limestone above 400 m level of the mine is determined,the incongruous contradiction of the optimization and equalization of production stripping ratio of the mine is solved,the new ideal of mine circular economy development is proposed,which can provide reference for the other mines.

    In order to analyze the rationality of 10 m width narrow coal pillar between 3411 working face of 3408 working face of a coal mine,combing with the working conditions of the mine,the mine pressure observation scheme is designed.The observation analysis results show that during the opposite excavation period of the transportation grooves of 3411 working face and 3408 working face,although the deformation of roadway is significant,it can meet the requirements of underground production to roadway section;under the condition of proper supporting,the roof separation phenomenon of roadway is not obvious,the surrounding rock mass of roadway is basically stable,the supporting state of anchor rod (rope) is good,the deformation of surrounding rock can be controlled effectively.The comprehensive study results indicated that the scheme of 10 m width narrow coal pillar between 3411 working face of 3408 working face of the mine is feasible under the exsiting production conditions.

    The acoustic emission test of the deep limestone creep deformation of the mine is conducted,so as to study the acoustic emission characteristics of the creep deformation of limestone under different stress level conditions.The study results show that in the early stage of permanent loading,the variation of acoustic emission parameters is relatively active,Possion ratio of limestone also fluctuates greatly;after entering the stage of long-term constant creep deformation,acoustic emission parameters and Possion ratio of limestone fluctuate less;when the loading stress reaches about 90% of the uniaxial compressive strength of limestone,surge phenomenon of the acoustic emission parameters of limestone is appeared.The above study results further show that according to the variation characteristics of acoustic emission parameters and the strain characteristics of limestone in different creep deformation stages,the creep failure of limestone can be predicted to a certain extent.
