Abstract: A newly built underground mine has complex terrain conditions and complex surrounding environment (two mining right and one mining right reserve area, multiple industrial sites),deep buried orebody, most of the resource estimation range  overlaps with the scope of exploration right, and selection of the layout scheme of wellhead and industrial site scheme and development and transportation scheme are diffcult, the design of the scheme of applying for delineation of mining area is difficult based on many complex factors. In order to ensure that the design scheme can meet the needs of subsequent design and construction, and provide a certain adjustment range for subsequent design and construction, firstly, according to the geological conditions of the mine, the principles for applying for the delineation of mining area are proposed, the complex influence factors are discussed, the corresponding schemes are designed based on the plans, distribution scope of mining resources, wellhead and industrial site, development and transportation, range of rock shift and security pillar;then, the delineation of mining area is done by retional design, according to the relationship between the above various schemes and the safety belts of structures, range of rock shift, security pillar, resource reserves for exploitation, reserve adjustment and the geological influence, the final delineation scheme of mining area is determined;finally,in order to realize the maximization goal of mine economic benefits, some suggestions related to the integration of mineral rights, optimizing the adjustment of mining area and integrating the common production system are given,so as to provide reliable reference for the similar mines.
