Abstract: In order to high efficient recycle a highsulfur leadzinc polymetallic ore,semi fluorescence analysis,XRD analysis,SEM analysis and beneficiation process experiment were conducted.The results showed that the metal elements Pb,Zn,Ag could be recovered in the ore.Pb and Zn mainly existed in galena and sphalerite respectively,Ag was mainly associated with galena.The grade of Pb,Zn and Ag were 1.76%,3.97%,22.03 g/t respectively in the ore with lead and zinc minerals close association and complex disseminated features.Via the test by adopting the process of lead preferential flotation and then zinc flotation as well as the flotation reagent system optimization by orthogonal test,Pb,Zn,Ag in the ore were comprehensive recovered.Eventually,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 5757%,containing Ag 564.26 g/t,Pb recovery rate of 89.63%,Ag recovery rate of 70.18% and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 46.44%,recovery rate of 76.97% were achieved,comprehensive recovery and high efficient utilization were realized.
