The horizontal tectonic stress is one of the important factors that influences the displacement,variation of stresses,and stability of surrounding rock of roadway.In order to deal with the influences of the horizontal tectonic stress on the surrounding rock stress and strain of mine roadway,Numerical simulation research on the dynamic changes of the different side stresses under the roadway support is implemented by combining with the ANSYS and FLAC3D software.According to the numerical simulation results,the curve of different coefficients of horizontal pressure( the value of λ can be 1.0, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0) and roadway deformation is obtained and the displacement of surrounding roadway,change of stress,and the distribution rule of roadway surrounding plastic range are analyzed in detail.On the whole,the numerical simulation and analysis results in this paper can provide reliable reference for exploiting and maintaining of the roadway.

The beneficiation test of copper ore from Anhui was conducted. Test results show that by adopting the new high efficiency mixed collector,through the closed-circuit test of once roughing,twice cleaning and triple scavenging,the copper concentrate grading 22.01% Cu is obtained, at the recovery of 91.35% Cu,with the recovery of Au 77.77% and Ag 70.72% in the copper concentrate. The beneficiability of the ore was higher,so it could be applicable for exploiting the deposit.

Recycling gold tests on some pyrite cinder were conducted, according to the result of process mineralogy of the pyrite cinder. The results indicated that the influence of Fe and Cu on cyanide leaching was eliminated by pretreatment. As a result, the leaching rate of gold increased from 52.15% to 78.92% by the process of the pretreatment and cyaniding craft. The technology provides a effective technical way for recovery of gold in the pyrite cinder.

In west panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetite, the grade of sulfur and cobalt were low in the S-Co rough concentrate, which cannot meet the demand of comprehensive utilization. Thorough research was conducted on the process mineralogy and beneficiation experiment to improve the utilization of sulfur and cobalt in west panzhihua region. The main sulfide mineral in vanadium-titanium magnetite are pyrite and pyrrhotite, cobalt is enriched in pyrite and hengleinite. By using sulfuric acid, butyl xanthate, copper sulfateand lime in combination, through the "cleaning-separation" process, the Co-S concentrate containing 0.74% Co, 41.07% S and sulfur concentrate containing 35.58% S can both be obtained, the comprehensive recovery of Co and S reaches 84.45% and 91.45%.

In order to reduce the grade of floating tailing from a ore dressing plant, experimental researches were conducted to recycle the hematite from flotation tailings with the TFe grade above 16%. Above all, a mss of grinding and magnetic separation condition experiments were carried out to determine the optimal process parameters, on the basis of which, we presented one roughing—two cleaning—two scavenging open circuit flotation test followed by one roughing—one cleaning—one scavenging open circuit flotation column test. Results proved product indicators of flotation column were better than that of flotation machine. One roughing—one cleaning—one scavenging closed circuit flotation column test was conducted and a favourable product index was obtained with the concentrate grade of 65.29%, floating tailing grade of 11.48%, concentrate rate of 56.18% and concentrate recovery of 87.94%.

Combining with the spot testing and numerical simulation method andaccording to the actual situation and the measured datas of the excavation roadway in Xuecun mine,the rules of dust distribution and dust diffusion are simulated by the Fluent software of fluid dynamics under the condition of the mural chimney in ventilation and the dust remover are installed or not.The research results show that,installing the dust remover can not only reduce the dust concentration in the roadway but also change the space distribution of the residual dust and improve the environment quality in the working area.

In view of the complex mechanism of coal and gas outburst, firstly, the limitations of obtaining the weight of indexes by analytic hierarchy process is improved by adopting the set pair theory.Then, the model of set pair analysis (SPA) about risk evaluation of coal and gas outburst is set up.Finally,the evaluation model with set pair is verified by evaluation index system, which contains gas pressure, gas radiation initial velocity, consistence coefficient of coal,structural complexity and vertical depth. The experimental results show that the caculation of the model of SPA is simple and accurate. SPA model, not only can obtain the detailed rank of evaluating system, which measured quantificational risk of coal and gas outburst in mine, but also can get the probability of each grade,so it is a kind of effective method to evaluate the risk of coal and gas outburst.

Tailings discarded after direct reduction-concentration process was used as principal material ,adding sewage sludge,to sinter lightweight ceramsite. The optimized preparation conditions were selected. The impacts of main factors ( preheating temperature, preheating time, sintering temperature, sintering time,and material ratio) on characteristics of ceramsite (apparent density, bulk density, water absorption and crushing strength) were studied. The results show that the optimized mass ratio of tailings to sewage sludge was that tailings∶sewage sludge=95∶5. The optimized preparation conditions were as follows: preheating temperature 550 ℃, preheating time 30 min, sintering temperature 1 110 ℃, and the sintering time 6 min. Under these conditions, the characteristics of ceramsite were obtained as follows: apparent density1.365 g/cm3, bulk density0.672 g/cm3, 1 h water absorption3.50% , crushing strength 220 N,cylinder compressive strength 3.5 MPa.

In order to precisely control the temperature of rotary kiln, limonite ore in rotary kiln equipment as the object of study, on base of the analysis on the principle of fuzzy control, combined with study of the fuzzy temperature control (FTC) and research of the coal/air ratio fuzzy adaptive control (FAC), fuzzy control system of rotary kiln is designed,and the best combustion process in rotary kiln is found. The results showed that the fuzzy control saves about 10% energy than manual control of combustion process of rotary kiln, which can control the temperature accurately in the whole process, and has the reasonable, feasible, safety, economical, efficient and environmental friendly advantages.
